4) When switching from an annual tariff to another annual one with a higher subscription fee.

In this case, the number rate in the amount of the discount provided will not be charged for any change in the rate.
To change the tariff, the subscriber's balance must contain an amount equal to the full subscription fee of the tariff to which the transfer is made + the cost of the transfer.

In case of cancellation in the following cases, the number rate will be charged in the amount of the discount provided:
