1. Payment of prizes is made after the appropriate documentation has been completed.
2. The Company undertakes within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of documentation of the winnings to pay to the Winners of the Promotion the money in the amount of the winnings.
3. The winners of the Promotion are obliged within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of determination of the winners to provide all necessary documents (see item 8) for registration of the winnings.
4. Only physical person - the Winner of the drawing, on which the subscriber number of UMS, for which the winning ID code is assigned, can claim to receive the winnings.
5. “UMS” LLC does not assume the obligation to pay taxes and fees from its own funds, not provided by the prize fund of the action. Personal income tax is withheld from the winnings in accordance with the current legislation of RUz at the time of payment.
6. The winner of the action can declare the intention to receive the prize money, having all necessary documents (see item 8), having addressed to the own office of “UMS” LLC.
7. In case if the Winner in the prescribed time frame does not apply to the own office of “UMS” LLC with the intention to receive the prize, “UMS” LLC has the right to refuse to issue the prize. The UZS of money remains in the property of “UMS” LLC and is not drawn again. The winnings shall be transferred to the bank account of the Winners of the Draw, opened in any bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan with withholding of personal income tax from the amount of winnings in accordance with the current legislation of Republic of Uzbekistan at the time of payment.
8. Before receiving the prize, the Winner of the Draw shall apply in person to the own office of “UMS” LLC and provide:

original passport of citizen of RUz (for citizens of RUz) or identification ID-card.
-
national passport and residence permit (for foreign citizens) or ID-card.
-
ID-card of a stateless person and residence permit (for stateless persons)
-
subscription agreement between the Subscriber (the Winner of the action) and “UMS” LLC.
-
bank account details
-
a receipt of consent to credit to the bank account of the Winner of the UZS of money together with the application for personal income tax withholding, a receipt of absence of relationship with the employees of the company and consent to photo and video shooting.
In case of detection of relationship of the applicant (the winner of the drawing of cash prizes) with persons having labor relations with “UMS” LLC, as well as in case of detection of the fact of providing false information the Prize is not issued.
In case of revealing the fact of provision of false information by the applicant after delivery of the prize within the framework of the action, the Company reserves the right to recover the cost of the prize in court.
9. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Winner's winning results in the following cases:
-
Identification of the Winner's non-compliance with the conditions of participation in the Promotion;
-
Refusal/failure to provide the required documents listed in clause 8 of these Rules;
-
Detection of information about the provision of false information by the Winner in the documents listed in paragraph 8 of these Rules.
In case of annulment of the winning results, the UZS of money remains in the ownership of “UMS” LLC and is not drawn again.
10. At registration/receipt of the money Prize the Winner undertakes to sign all necessary documents (related to the process of registration/receipt of the money Prize), where the personal information of the Subscriber and full information about the Prize will be indicated. The refusal of the Winner of the Promotion to sign the necessary documents and/or perform other legally significant actions, including provision of the required documents, when receiving the prizes, is considered as the Winner's refusal to receive the prize.
11. At registration/receipt of the money Prize the Winner gives his consent to photo and video shooting of the process of receiving the prize for use and publication on the official pages of the company.
12. “UMS” LLC. does not assume the obligation to pay the cash and prizes in cash.
13. In case of non-claiming, annulment of the results of winning or refusal for any reason the Winner of the action from receiving the winnings, the money remains in the property of “UMS” LLC. In this case, unclaimed prizes are not drawn again.
14. “UMS” LLC reserves the right to refuse to provide the Winner with the prize, in case the Winner fails to fulfill all the requirements and conditions stipulated by the Order of receipt of prizes.
15. "UMS" LLC is not responsible:
-
for being in the blocked state of the subscriber number at the time of the call to the winners
-
non-receipt/untimely receipt of information/documents required to receive the Prizes, through the fault of the participants themselves or for other reasons;
-
failure to fulfill (untimely fulfillment) by the participants of the Promotion of the obligations stipulated by the Order of receipt of prizes;
-
non-receipt of the Prizes by the Winners of the Promotion, in case of failure to claim them or refusal from them;
-
impossibility to fulfill its obligations to deliver the prizes to the Winners due to the fault of third parties and/or force majeure circumstances.
