Promotion: 50 Luckies!

Promotion period: February 10, 2025 – April 10, 2025 (inclusive)

Coverage: all regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Participation conditions:

• To participate in the promotion a new subscriber must be connected to any tariff for individuals during the promotion period (except for «Mobiuz 8 yil», «Tourist SIM» tariffs);

• In order to participate in the promotion an existing subscriber should connect to any monthly Data-pack via mobile application. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION

Allowed to participate in the Promotion subscribers - individuals who meet the following requirements:

• The subscriber is a citizen of Republic of Uzbekistan;

• The subscriber has reached the age of 18;

• Subscriber is a user of prepaid tariffs for individuals (except for tariff «Mobiuz 8 yil», «Tourist SIM» );

• The Subscriber's Сontract is valid during the Promotion period and at the moment of winners' determination. 

The following persons may not participate and claim a prize under the Promotion:

• Individuals who are not citizens of Republic of Uzbekistan;

• Individuals under 18 years of age;

• Individuals, employees of «UMS» LLC, who have labor relations for the period of the action, as well as their close relatives (parents, blood and half-brothers and sisters, spouse, children, including adopted children, as well as parents, blood and half-brothers and sisters of spouses);

• Individuals who have concluded CC (civil contract) contracts with «UMS» LLC, as well as their close relatives;

• Authorized dealers of «UMS» LLC their employees (dealers, dealers' attorneys, operators);

• Subscribers - legal entities.

Additional Information:

• A new subscriber is given one chance to participate in a prize draw for connection;

• A subscriber is given one chance to participate in the prize draw for connection of a monthly Data pack via mobile application;

• For each monthly Data pack connected in the mobile application, +1 chance is awarded. More packs - more chances;

• The chance is given only if the monthly Data pack is connected via mobile application;

• The subscriber retains the chance within the promotion for connection to the network even if he/she changes the tariff during the promotion period (to the one participating in the promotion);

• If the tariff is changed during the promotion period to a tariff not participating in the promotion, the chance is canceled and will not be restored;

• In case of subscriber's termination the received chances are canceled;

• In case of number reissuance or restoration, the received chances are canceled;

• The subscriber can check the existence of chances via USSD *10#;

• The day before the winners are determined, each chance will be assigned a unique ID code for participation in the prize draw, which can be checked via USSD *10#;

• The ID display will be available the day before the drawing and for 15 days after the drawing is held;

• ID code is a unique number consisting of 6 digits;

• ID codes are assigned sequentially starting with the number 000001;

• Drawing of prizes will be held within 10 days after the end of the promotion. 

PRIZE FUND of PROMOTION AND WINNER SELECTION

Cash prizes are given to the Winners in non-cash form by transferring funds to the Winner's bank account, with withholding taxes in accordance with the current legislation of RUz at the time of payment.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be determined by:

• Within 10 days after the promotion period ends;

• Using an online random number generator among the entire range of ID codes of the participants who have fulfilled the conditions of the promotion;

• During a live broadcast on the company’s official social media pages;

• The date, time and place of determining the winners may be changed by the Company. The place, date and time of the ceremonies will be notified to the Promotion Participants additionally by posting information on the website and in social networks and/or by SMS-mailing;

• Each unique ID cannot participate in the drawing of prizes repeatedly (if an ID has won once, it cannot claim another prize);

• At the same time, if several unique IDs are assigned to a subscriber's number, the subscriber can become the winner of the drawing several times with different IDs;

• The process of determining the winners of the promotion is monitored by the Independent Commission;

• The Company informs the subscriber - winner of the Promotion within 5 (five) working days from the date of winner determination;

• The prizes shall be issued after the relevant documentation is executed. 

PROCEDURE, TERMS, PLACE AND CONDITIONS OF PRIZE RECEIPT

1.  The winner of the Promotion is required within 10 calendar days from the date of summarizing the results of the action to submit all necessary documents (see clause 7) for registration of the prize.

2.  The Company will transfer the prize to the Winner of the action within 30 calendar days from the day of documenting the prize.

3.  Only the physical person - the winner of the Promotion, who has a subscriber number with the winning ID code assigned to it, can claim to receive the prize.

4.  Cash prizes are given to the Winners in non-cash form by transferring funds to the Winner's bank account, with withholding taxes in accordance with the current legislation of RUz at the time of payment.

5.  «UMS» LLC does not undertake obligations to pay taxes and fees from its own funds, not provided by the prize fund of the Action. Personal income tax is withheld from the winnings in accordance with the current legislation of RUz at the time of payment.

6.  Winners can get the prizes by applying to own offices of «UMS» LLC.

In case if the Winner in the established terms (see p. 1) does not apply to its own offices of «UMS» LLC with the intention to receive the prize, «UMS» LLC has the right to refuse to issue the prize. In this case the Company reserves the right to draw the prize again.

7.   Before receiving the prize the Winner must apply personally to the own office of «UMS» LLC and provide:

• Original passport of citizen of RUz;

• TIN;

• Signed receipt of the Winner with bank details and consent to crediting the Winner's bank account with a statement of Personal Income Tax withholding, as well as on the absence of family ties with the employees of the company and consent to photography and videotaping;

• Subscription agreement between the Subscriber (the Winner of the Promotion) and «UMS» LLC.

8.  In case of detection of kinship of the applicant (the winner of the action) with persons who are in labor relations with «UMS» LLC, or who have concluded with «UMS» LLC of civil contracts, as well as in case of detection of the fact of providing false information the Prize is not given.

9.  In case of revealing the fact of provision of false information by the applicant after delivery of the prize within the framework of the action, the Company reserves the right to recover the cost of the prize in court.

10. The Company reserves the right to cancel the results of the Winner's promotion in the following cases:

• Identification of the Winner's non-compliance with the conditions of participation in the Promotion;

• Refusal or failure to provide the necessary documents listed in clause 7 of these Rules in time;

• Identification of information about the Winner's provision of false information in the documents listed in clause 7 of these Rules.

11. In case of annulment of the results of the Promotion, the Company reserves the right to draw the prize again.

12. At registration/receipt of the prize the Winner undertakes to sign all necessary documents (related to the process of registration/receipt of the prize), where personal information of the Subscriber and full information about the Prize will be indicated. Refusal of the Winner of the Promotion to sign the necessary documents and/or perform other legally significant actions, including the provision of the required documents, when receiving the prizes, is considered as the Winner's refusal to receive the prize.

13. At registration/receipt of the money Prize, the Winner gives his/her consent for photo and video shooting of the process of receiving the prize for use and publication on the official pages of the company.

14. «UMS» LLC does not undertake the obligation to pay the cash and prizes in cash.

15. In case of non-claiming or refusal for any reason the Winners of the action from receiving the prize, the Company reserves the right to draw the unclaimed prizes again.

16. «UMS» LLC reserves the right to refuse to provide the Winner with the prize, in case the Winner fails to fulfill all the requirements and conditions of these Rules.

17. «UMS» LLC is not responsible:

• For the participants' inability to familiarize themselves with the Winner's winning ID information posted on www.mobi.uz;

• For being in a blocked state of the subscriber number, which is assigned to the prize ID code of the winner, at the time of the call and/or SMS-mailing;

• Non-receipt/untimely receipt of information/documents required to receive the Prizes due to the participants' own fault or for other reasons;

• Failure to fulfill (untimely fulfillment) by the participants of the Promotion of the obligations stipulated by the Rules of receiving the prizes;

• Non-receipt of the Prizes by the Winners of the Promotion, in case of failure to claim them or refusal from them;

• Impossibility to fulfill its obligations to deliver the prizes to the Winners due to the fault of third parties and/or force majeure circumstances.

NOTES

1. By taking part in the campaign and providing his personal and contact data, the Participant grants the Company the right and his consent (permission) to send to the Participant's personal contact addresses (to his subscriber number), including on social websites, advertising mailings, in any form not prohibited - calls, photo, video, text, messages, without obtaining additional consent of the participants and without paying him any remuneration for this.

2. Participants of the Promotion are obliged to fulfill all actions connected with participation in the Promotion and receipt of prizes, within the terms established by this Document.

3. «UMS» LLC. shall be obliged to carry out the determination of the winners of the Action - the owners of the Prize Fund of the Action and provide them with prizes, according to the terms and conditions established by these Rules.

4. «UMS» LLC has no right to provide information to third parties about the participant of the action, except as provided by these Rules and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. «UMS» LLC reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with the participants of the action, except for cases specified in this document or on the basis of the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. By taking part in the Promotion, the participant confirms that he/she is fully familiarized and agrees with the Definitions, Terms, Conditions and Notes of the Promotion, as well as with the Procedure for receiving prizes.

7. «UMS» LLC reserves the right to make changes and additions to the rules of the Promotion. In case of changes in the terms and conditions of the Promotion, «UMS» LLC undertakes to place the relevant information on the official website mobi.uz.

8. In case of termination of the Promotion, «UMS» LLC undertakes to publish on the official website mobi.uz a corresponding message.
