For subscribers who have connected Bronze, Silver Light, Silver category numbers to a tariff with a monthly subscription fee within the framework of the promotion, the subscriber is prohibited from changing the tariff and terminating the number for a period of up to 6 debits of the full subscription fee.
When switching to any lower tariff (participating or non-participating in the promotion) up to 6 debits of the full subscription fee, - the subscriber should pay the cost of the number in the amount of the provided discount.
Connecting subscriber numbers of categories Bronze, Silver Light, Silver, Gold to tariffs with a monthly subscription fee is available at Mobiuz's own offices and dealer offices; for annual tariffs, only at Mobiuz’s own offices.

For subscribers who have subscribed to Gold, Super Gold category numbers under the promotion, to a tariff with a monthly subscription fee, - the subscriber is prohibited to change tariff and terminate the number for a period of up to 12 debits of the full subscription fee.
When switching to any lower tariff (participating or non-participating in the promotion) before 12 debits of the full subscription fee (for tariffs with a monthly subscription fee), - the subscriber shall pay the cost of the number in the amount of the discount provided.
- For subscribers who have connected Platinum Light, Platinum, Platinum Plus, Super Platinum numbers within the promotion - a ban on tariff change and number termination is established for the period of up to 24 debits of full subscription fee (for tariffs with monthly subscription fee) or up to two debits per year (for annual tariffs).
When switching to any smaller tariff (participating or non-participating in the promotion) up to 24 debits of the full subscription fee (for tariffs with monthly subscription fee) or up to the second debit of the full subscription fee (for annual tariffs) - the subscriber should pay the cost of the number in the amount of the provided discount.
Connection of subscriber numbers of Super Gold, Platinum Light, Platinum, Platinum Plus, Super Platinum categories is available in Mobiuz own offices.
For subscribers who connected as part of the promotion before March 11, 2025 (inclusive), the terms of the promotion remain valid at the time of connection.
Promotion terms and conditions:
- When connecting discounts within the «Discounts for beautiful numbers!» promotion, other discounts for connection of special category numbers are not available.
- Only for new subscribers.
- Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
- Within the framework of the promotion, the cost of the initial advance payment must be paid by the subscriber - physical person when registering the number.
- If the subscriber - physical person does not pay the cost of the initial advance payment under the promotion when registering the number, the SIM-card with the number to be connected will not be issued.
- If the number is registered to an individual during the promotion period, but the payment is made after the completion of the promotion, the cost of connecting the number is charged in full (WITHOUT taking into account the cost of the promotion). Also, if the subscriber number is connected in the last days of the promotion, but the payment is made later than December 31, 2025, the amount for the full cost of number connection will be charged (WITHOUT taking into account the cost of the promotion).

- The Company reserves the right to determine the list of subscriber numbers not participating in the promotion.
- The numbers is limited.
- If the numbers of Bronze, Silver Light, Silver, Gold, Super Gold, Platinum Light, Platinum, Platinum Plus, Super Platinum categories expire before 31.12.2025, the promotion will be suspended ahead of schedule.
Terms and conditions of tariff change BEFORE successful debiting of 6, 12 or 24 monthly subscriptions (for monthly tariffs) or two monthly subscriptions per year (for annual tariffs).
The subscriber, connected under the promotion, has the opportunity to change the tariff by submitting a corresponding application to the own office of «UMS» LLC, having the original identity document, or by calling the call center.
When switching to a tariff with a lower subscription fee, participating or not participating in the promotion (with monthly or annual subscription fee).
In this case, when changing the tariff the subscriber has to pay the number cost in the amount of the discount provided.
In order to change the tariff, the subscriber's balance should be equal to the number cost in the amount of the provided discount + full subscription fee of the tariff to which the switch is made + the cost of the switch.
Example 1: On December 10 the subscriber connected Bronze number to Kerakli 70 tariff . On February 5 (up to 6 successful debits) the subscriber switches to Kerakli 55 tariff . In this case the cost of the number will be charged in the amount of the discount, as the subscription fee of Kerakli 55 tariff is less than Kerakli 70 tariff.
Example 2: On December 10, the subscriber connected a Super Gold number to Xotirjam 100 tariff. On February 5 (up to 12 successful debits), the subscriber switches to Xotirjam 60 tariff. In this case the cost of the number is charged in the amount of the discount, as the subscription fee of Xotirjam 60 tariff is less than Xotirjam 100 tariff.
1) When switching to any tariff with a higher monthly subscription fee.
In this case, when changing tariff, the cost of the number in the amount of the discount will not be charged. After the transition, a ban on tariff change and termination is set until the subscriber fee for the remaining period is written off.
To change the tariff the subscriber's balance must be equal to the full subscription fee of the tariff to which the switch is made + the cost of the switch.
Example 3: Subscriber connected Bronze number to Kerakli 45 tariff on December 10. On February 5 (up to 6 successful debits) he/she switches to Kerakli 70 tariff . In this case the cost of the number in the amount of the discount will not be charged, as the subscription fee of Kerakli 70 tariff is higher than Kerakli 45 tariff.
3) When switching from monthly to annual tariff.
In this case, when changing tariff, the cost of the number in the amount of the discount is not charged.
In order to change tariff the subscriber's balance must be equal to the full subscription fee of the tariff to which the switch is made + the cost of the switch.
Example 4: Subscriber connected Bronze number to Kerakli 70 tariff on December 10. On February 5 (before 6 successful subscriber fee debits) he/she switches to Mobi 150 yillik tariff . In this case the cost of the number in the amount of the discount is not charged, as the subscriber switches from monthly tariff to annual tariff.
Conditions of tariff change AFTER successful write-off of 6, 12 or 24 monthly fees (for monthly tariffs) or two write-offs of monthly fees per year (for annual tariffs).
In this case, at any tariff change, the cost of the number in the amount of the discount will not be charged.
For tariff change the subscriber's balance must be equal to the full subscription fee of the tariff to which the switch is made + the cost of the switch.
Terms of termination of the contract BEFORE successful write-off of 6, 12 or 24 monthly fees (for monthly tariffs) or two write-offs of monthly fees per year (for annual tariffs).
Upon termination in the following cases, the cost of the number will be charged in the amount of the discount:
- No change of tariff has been made from the moment the number was connected under the promotion until the application for termination was submitted.
- From the moment the number was activated under the promotion until the application for termination was submitted, the number was switched to a tariff with a higher monthly subscription fee.
Upon termination in the following cases, the cost of the number in the amount of the provided discount will NOT be charged:
- From the moment the number was activated under the promotion and until the application for termination was submitted, the number was switched to a tariff with a lower monthly subscription fee, participating or not participating in the promotion.
- From the moment of activation of the number within the promotion and until the application for termination was submitted, the number was switched from monthly to annual tariff.
- From the moment the number was connected under the promotion until the application for termination was submitted, the number was migrated from an annual tariff to another annual tariff with a higher subscription fee.
Termination conditions AFTER successful debiting of 6, 12 or 24 monthly fees (for monthly tariffs) or two monthly fees per year (for annual tariffs).
In this case the cost of the number in the amount of the discount will NOT be charged.
Re-registration of the number connected within the promotion:
- The service «Re-registration of the number» for special category numbers during the promotion period to the new owner is performed according to the approved terms and conditions of this service. When reissuing the number, the cost including the discount (within the promotion) shall not be charged to the new owner.
- If from the moment of connection of the number under the promotion and till the moment of re-registration of the number the required number of subscriber fee deductions under the tariff has not occurred (6, 12 or 24 subscriber fees per month (for monthly tariffs) or two subscriber fee deductions per year (for annual tariffs)), the current subscriber shall pay the amount of the discount on the cost of connection of the number.
If the current subscriber refuses to pay this amount, the «Number Re-registration» service will not be provided.
If from the date of activation of the number under the promotion until the date of re-registration the required number of subscriber fee deductions has not occurred, the amount of the discount on the number activation fee shall not be charged to the current subscriber.
