In order to connect a special category number as part of the promotion, the participant of the promotion must contact his own Mobiuz office after purchasing a mobile phone and present a certificate and warranty card.
If the IMEI on the warranty card and the certificate do not match, then connecting a special category number in installments as part of the promotion is not provided.
Conditions:
- Connection of a special category number with installments as part of the promotion is carried out in Mobiuz's own offices .
- The number is selected based on the approved category and mask, according to the existing table of masks of «Special category numbers».
- The service is available for connection by Subscribers who have entered into a mobile communications services Agreement, the term of which is not less than the selected installment plan term.
- Special category numbers in installments as part of the «Bonuses for a smartphone» promotion are available when connecting to the tariff «Xotirjam 40», «Xotirjam 60», «Xotirjam 80», «Xotirjam 100», «Corporate Xotirjam 40», «Corporate Xotirjam 60», «Corporate Xotirjam 80» or «Corporate Xotirjam 100».
- When changing the tariff to any other tariff, the terms of payment for a special category number in installments as part of the promotion remain the same (with subsequent charges for this service).
- The cost of connecting a number is fixed at the time of connecting the service and does not change during the entire period of the service, regardless of the introduction of discounts or changes in the cost of a paid category number.
- A subscriber number with the condition of payment for a special category number in installments as part of the promotion cannot be reissued.
- A subscriber who has connected a number with the special category number service in installments as part of the «Bonuses for a Smartphone» promotion can re-register it to another subscriber after paying off the cost of the service for all unpaid months of the installment plan.
- The price of the first month of connecting a number with the installment service as part of the promotion is paid in full after registering the number at the next night write-off. Write-off for the first month of the service is made with any positive subscriber balance at the time of write-off.
- The cost of connecting a number with the installment service for the next 11 or 23 months is charged on the first day of each month; the service is debited with any positive balance.
- If the number is not blocked, but the balance is less than the cost of the installment service, then the service is debited and the subscriber's balance will be negative.
- The cost of the installment service is not charged to a subscriber number that is in any blocked state.
- If the subscriber has been in a blocked state for more than one calendar month, the period of validity of the installment service is extended in proportion to the number of calendar months that the subscriber was in a blocked state.
- In case of incomplete payment for the installment service for all 12 or 24 months, the service «Number Portability (MNP)» is not available.
- Upon termination of the contract for the provision of mobile communications services (for individuals - Public ffer), before the subscriber has paid the total cost of the number, the number is transferred to the operator, the amount of money paid for the installment service is not returned.
