    «Prohibition of switching to daily subscription fee»

    You can independently enable/disable the option for daily deduction of the subscription fee according to the tariff plan. 


    Control methods: 

    •  *111*000*1# - Enable restriction 

    • *111*000*0# - Disable restriction  

    •  *111*000# - Check status

      The service cost is 0 UZS. 

     Enabling/disabling the option for daily deduction of the subscription fee is available in both active and blocked states and after the successful deduction of the first subscription fee (after the number is activated).   

    Notes:

    • In case the "Restriction of Switching to Daily Subscription Fee" is enabled, and your balance is less than the subscription fee for the full month during the deduction, your number will be blocked. To exit the block, you need to top up your balance to the amount of the full month's subscription fee.

    • If, after disabling the "Restriction of Switching to Daily Subscription Fee," your balance is less than the subscription fee for the full month but more than the subscription fee for 1 day during the deduction, the daily deduction of the subscription fee will apply, and daily volumes of megabytes, minutes, and SMS will be provided. 

    • While being in a block due to insufficient funds for the tariff subscription fee, if you disable the " Restriction of Switching," and your balance is greater than the subscription fee for 1 day, the number will automatically exit the block during the next deduction of the daily subscription fee (nightly fee deduction). Alternatively, you can exit the block before that by topping up the balance to any amount greater than 0 UZS. 

    • When changing the tariff plan with the restriction of switching to the daily subscription fee enabled, the restriction remains in place.

  • Conditions:

    • Data traffic rounding quantum 1KB
    • The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes
    • In case of a new connection to the tariff, the full amount of the subscription fee is charged immediately after account replenishment;
    • Subscription fee is charged monthly on the day of the first activation, provided that the subscriber’s balance is sufficient for charging the full amount of subscription fee.
    • If there are not enough funds to withdraw the full amount of subscription fee by the moment of subscription fee debiting, the mode of daily subscription fee debiting is activated fr om the existing funds on the subscriber’s account. The date of subscription fee debiting is moved by 1 day.
    • Switching to the monthly subscription fee debiting mode takes place in case the subscriber has enough funds on his/her account to debit the full amount of subscription fee. The date of charging is moved by 1 calendar month.
    • In case of insufficient funds for writing off for 1 day, the subscriber is blocked by insufficient funds and stays there until the moment of account replenishment in the amount of subscription fee amount for a month or a day. After replenishment of the account in the amount of subscription fee amount for a month or a day, the insufficient funds blocking is removed. The subscription fee is charged immediately after the account is replenished.
    • When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and Internet are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the «On Touch» service.
    • Subscription fee is not charged in the blocked state;
    • In the mode of monthly subscription fee debiting the meters are issued in full for 1 calendar month.
    • In the mode of daily subscription fee debiting the meters are issued in the amount set for 1 day of minutes, MB, and SMS.
    • In case of new connection to this tariff, the subscription fee is deducted at once, charging of minutes, MB and SMS packs included in the subscription fee is issued in full.
    • Switching to tariff «Kerakli 30» are closed.
    • The cost of switching from tariff «Kerakli 30» to tariffs with higher subscription fee is 0 UZS.
    • Cost of switching from tariff «Kerakli 30» to tariffs wh ere the subscription fee is less — 15 000 UZS.
    • Gap Ko’p» service is not available on «Kerakli 30» tariff.
    • The tariff plan "Kerakli 30" is available for connecting to foreign citizens without PINI. SIM card of a foreign citizen without PINI, is active for 90 days from the moment of activation.
    • To extend the validity of the SIM card, the subscriber must provide a PINI (personal identification number of an individual) before the expiration of 90 days.
    • After the subscriber provides the PINI, the employee, based on the application, identity card, enters the PINI data into the subscriber's card.
    • If the subscriber expresses a desire to use the number, after the termination of the contract, the number is restored in accordance with the terms of the "Restore Number"service.
    • In this case, the subscriber must present a PINI.
    • Roaming services are not available for foreign citizens who do not have PINI during the period of providing services.
    • The Central Asia zone includes calls to the following directions: Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan
    • The CIS zone includes calls to the following directions: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine
