The tariff details
  • Free exchange of minutes and SMS for megabytes

    The cost of exchanging minutes and SMS for MB is 0 UZS for each exchange.

    To exchange minutes for MB, dial the USSD command *250#.

    To exchange SMS for MB, dial the USSD command *251#.

     


    • The exchange is available for monthly and daily volumes of minutes and SMS.
    • The exchange is performed with the coefficient 1 to 1, i.e. 1 minute or 1 SMS is exchanged for 1 MB.
    • During the exchange, MB are added to the existing MB counter (monthly and daily limit).
    • Reverse exchange of MB for a package of minutes or SMS is not possible.
    • Minutes and SMS, purchased as part of packs, cannot be exchanged.
    • Minutes, provided as part of the "Gap Ko'p", service cannot be exchanged.
    • The exchange is available only when the account is active, the subscriber's balance is positive.

    You can independently enable/disable the option for daily deduction of the subscription fee according to the tariff plan. 


    Control methods:

      The service cost is 0 UZS. 

     Enabling/disabling the option for daily deduction of the subscription fee is available in both active and blocked states and after the successful deduction of the first subscription fee (after the number is activated).   

    Notes:

    • In case the "Restriction of Switching to Daily Subscription Fee" is enabled, and your balance is less than the subscription fee for the full month during the deduction, your number will be blocked. To exit the block, you need to top up your balance to the amount of the full month's subscription fee.

    • If, after disabling the "Restriction of Switching to Daily Subscription Fee," your balance is less than the subscription fee for the full month but more than the subscription fee for 1 day during the deduction, the daily deduction of the subscription fee will apply, and daily volumes of megabytes, minutes, and SMS will be provided. 

    • While being in a block due to insufficient funds for the tariff subscription fee, if you disable the " Restriction of Switching," and your balance is greater than the subscription fee for 1 day, the number will automatically exit the block during the next deduction of the daily subscription fee (nightly fee deduction). Alternatively, you can exit the block before that by topping up the balance to any amount greater than 0 UZS. 

    • When changing the tariff plan with the restriction of switching to the daily subscription fee enabled, the restriction remains in place.

  • Conditions:

    • Data traffic rounding quantum 1KB

    • The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes

    • In case of a new connection to the tariff, the full amount of the subscription fee is charged immediately after account replenishment;

    • New subscribers when connecting to tariff "Kerakli 45" are provided with 30 000 MB at night time (from 00:00 to 08:00) monthly for three months from the moment of connection.

      Priority expenses of the MB night pack: Bonus night data pack - Night data pack - (purchased)-> Night data pack - for points-> Daily data pack -> Daily data pack - for points-> Traffic within the tariff -> OnNet traffic -> Monthly data pack - (purchased)> other purchased and promotional packs> Data pack - for points.

    • Subscription fee is charged monthly on the day of the first activation, provided that the subscriber's balance is sufficient for charging the full amount of subscription fee.

    • If there are not enough funds to withdraw the full amount of subscription fee by the moment of subscription fee debiting, the mode of daily subscription fee debiting is activated from the existing funds on the subscriber's account. The date of subscription fee debiting is moved by 1 day.

    • Switching to the monthly subscription fee debiting mode occurs when the subscriber has enough funds on his/her account to debit the full amount of subscription fee. The date of charging is moved by 1 calendar month.

    • In case of insufficient funds for writing off for 1 day, the subscriber is blocked by insufficient funds and stays there until the moment of account replenishment in the amount of subscription fee amount for a month or a day. After replenishment of the account in the amount of subscription fee amount for a month or a day, the insufficient funds blocking is removed. The subscription fee is charged immediately after the account is replenished.  

    • When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and the Internet are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service.

    • Subscription fee is not charged in the blocked state;

    • In the mode of monthly subscription fee debiting the meters are issued in full for 1 calendar month.

    • In the mode of daily subscription fee debiting the meters are issued in the amount set for 1 day of minutes, MB, and SMS.

    • In case of new connection to this tariff, the subscription fee is written off at once, the accrual of minutes, MB and SMS packs included in the subscription fee is issued in full.

    • The cost of switch from tariff "Kerakli 45" to tariffs: Veteran, With Mobiuz – 0 UZS.

    • The cost of switch from tariff "Kerakli 45" to tariffs with lower subscription fee - 15 000 UZS.

    • Cost of switch from tariff "Kerakli 45" to tariffs where the subscription fee is higher - 0 UZS.

    • "Gap Ko'p" service is available on "Kerakli 45" tariff.

    • On the tariff "Kerakli 45" the option of exchange of minutes and SMS to MB is available.

    The exchange takes place with the coefficient 1 to 1, i.e. 1 minute or SMS can be exchanged for 1 MB.

    The «Exchange SMS to MB» option


    Allows subscriber within a single tariff to exchange SMS from the SMS counter for MB, thereby increasing the volume of the MB counter of the tariff.

    To exchange SMS for MB, dial the USSD command *251#.
    To exchange minutes for MB, dial the USSD command *250#.

    Notes:
    • The service is available for private subscribers;
    • Exchange is available for monthly and daily SMS volume;
    • The cost of SMS to MB exchange is 0 UZS;
    • Exchange is performed with the ratio of 1 to 1, i.e. 1 SMS is exchanged for 1 MB;
    • After SMS to MB exchange, the SMS counter on the tariff decreases, the MB counter increases by the number of exchanged SMS.
    • MB cannot be exchanged back to the SMS pack;
    • SMS purchased within packs are not exchangeable;
    • Exchange is available only in active state, subscriber's balance must be positive.

      • The tariff plan "Kerakli 45" is available for connecting to foreign citizens without PINI. SIM card of a foreign citizen without PINI, is active for 90 days from the moment of activation.
      • To extend the validity of the SIM card, the subscriber must provide a PINI (personal identification number of an individual) before the expiration of 90 days.
      • After the subscriber provides the PINI, the employee, based on the application, identity card, enters the PINI data into the subscriber's card.
      • If the subscriber expresses a desire to use the number, after the termination of the contract, the number is restored in accordance with the terms of the "Restore Number"service.
      • In this case, the subscriber must present a PINI.
      • Roaming services are not available for foreign citizens who do not have PINI during the period of providing services.
