    “Prohibition of switching to daily subscription fee”
  • Conditions:
    • Fr om 06/07/2023 connection and transitions to the Mobi 150 tariff are not available.
    • Calls are charged per minute.
    • The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes
    • All outgoing calls are charged fr om 1 sec. And rounded up to the nearest minute.
    • Internet traffic rounding quantum 1KB
    • In the monthly subscription. fees write-off mode, the meter is issued in full for 1 calendar month.
    • When switching from the Mobi 150 tariff the remaining packages from the Mobi 150 tariff and the packages at the tariff to which the transition is made are summed up.

    • As part of the Mobi tariff , 150 subscribers are provided with a 100% discount on the “You have been called/in touch” service on an ongoing basis.
    • When you change your tariff , unused minutes, megabytes and SMS messages  are transferred and totaled .
    • When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and Internet are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service.
    • "Gap ko'p" service is not available at tariff "Mobi 150".

    • For existing and connected subscribers before November 29, 2022:

    • - If, before November 29, 2022, existing and connected subscribers to the Mobi 150 tariff have successfully debited the subscription fee for November, then the next subscription fee will be debited. fees and accrual of MB, SMS and Unlim minutes packages will be on 12/01/2022.
    • If on 12/01/2022 There are not enough funds to withdraw the full subscription. monthly fee, the daily subscription withdrawal mode is activated. fees fr om existing funds in the subscriber's account, MB, SMS and Unlim minutes packages are also charged for 1 day. Subscriber debit date fees are moved by 1 day.
    • Switching to the monthly subscription charging mode. payment occurs if there is an amount on the subscriber’s account sufficient to write off the full amount of the subscription. fees. MB packages are credited, SMS and Unlim minutes are credited for a full month. The write-off date is moved forward by 1 calendar month.
    • In case of insufficient funds for debiting in 1 day, the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds and remains in it until the account is replenished in the amount of the subscription. fees per month or day. After replenishing the account in the amount of the subscriber. fees per month or day, blocking due to insufficient funds is removed. The subscription fee and the accrual of MB, SMS and Unlim minutes packages occurs immediately after replenishing the account (in the amount depending on the amount of replenishment: for a full month or per day).
    • - If before 29.11. For existing and connected subscribers to the Mobi 150 tariff, the monthly fee for November has not been charged, then the number is partially blocked. To exit the blocking, the subscriber needs to top up the balance in the amount of 150,000 UZS or more.
    • Subscriber write-off fees and accrual of MB, SMS and Unlim minutes packages for a full month occurs when the balance is topped up with the required amount. The next write-off date is moved forward by 1 calendar month.

    • For a new connection (from November 29, 2022):
    • - If upon a new connection the amount on the subscriber’s balance is 150,000 UZS or more, then the MB, SMS and Unlim minutes packages are credited in full for 1 calendar month. The subscription fee is charged in full (per month);
    • If the amount on the subscriber’s balance is less than 150,000 UZS, then the number is blocked due to insufficient funds. To exit the blocking, you need to top up your balance by 150,000 UZSor more. When the balance is replenished to the required amount, the subscription is written off. fees and accrual of MB, SMS and Unlim minutes packages in full (per month) for a period of 1 calendar month (from the date of replenishment of the balance).
    • When switching to the tariff (from November 29, 2022):
    • - If at the time of transition the subscriber’s balance contains the UZS of the cost of the transition (4210.35 or 10,000 UZS) + 150,000 UZS or more, then a successful change of tariff occurs with the summation of meter balances for the previous tariff with MB, SMS and Unlim minutes packages according to tariff Mobi 150 in volume for a full month. The subscription fee for tariff Mobi 150 is also charged in full (per month); The next write-off date is moved forward by 1 calendar month.
    • Example 1: On December 5, a subscriber wants to switch from Mobi 60 tariff to Mobi 150 tariff , the cost of the transition is 4210.35 UZS. The subscriber's balance is 165,000 UZS (enough for the cost of the transition and the full monthly subscription fee). In this case, the transition will be successful. The monthly subscription fee for the Mobi 150 tariff and the cost of the transition will be written off immediately upon the transition. The next subscription fee for the Mobi 150 tariff will be charged on January 5. Balances of counters from the Mobi 60 tariff and full counters from the Mobi 150 tariff for the month will be summed up, valid until January 5.
    •   - If at the time of transition the subscriber’s balance contains the UZS of the transition cost (4210.35 or 10,000 UZS) + from 7,500 to 149,999 UZS, then a successful change of tariff occurs with a switch to daily debiting of the subscription fee with the accrual of daily packages of MB, SMS and Unlim minutes. In this case, summation with meter balances from the previous tariff is not performed.
    • Example 2: On December 5, a subscriber wants to switch from Mobi 60 tariff to Mobi 150 tariff , the cost of the transition is 4210.35 UZS. The subscriber has 100,000 UZSon his balance (enough for the cost of the transition, but not enough for the full monthly subscription fee). In this case, the transition will be successful, but there will be a switch to daily debiting of the subscription fee. Subscription fee for
    • 1 day for tariff Mobi 150 (7500 UZS) and the cost of the transition will be written off immediately upon the fact of the transition. The next daily subscription fee for Mobi 150 tariff will be charged on December 6. In this case, the remaining counters from
    • P Mobi 60 burn out. Only daily volume is credited for Mobi 150 tariff (Unlim minutes in Uzbekistan, 3,334 MB, 334 SMS) valid until the end of the day on December 5.
    •   - If at the time of transition there is only the amount of the transition cost on the balance (4210.35 or 10,000 UZS), then a successful tariff change occurs, but the number is blocked due to insufficient funds until the balance is replenished with the amount for debiting the subscription. fees for a full month or day (with accrual of the corresponding meter volumes).
    • Example 3: On December 5, a subscriber wants to switch from Mobi 60 tariff to Mobi 150 tariff , the cost of the transition is 4210.35 UZS. The subscriber's balance is 5,000 UZS (enough for the cost of the transition, but not enough for the monthly or daily subscription fee). In this case, the transition will be successful, the amount for the transition will be debited (4210.35 UZS), but after the transition, the number will be blocked due to insufficient funds. To exit the blocking, you need to top up your balance with 7,500 UZS or more.
    • When replenishing the balance in the amount from 7,500 UZS to 149,999 UZS, the daily subscription fee for the Mobi 150 tariff will be charged with the corresponding meter volumes being charged. The remaining meters from the Mobi 60 tariff burn out.
    • When replenishing the balance in the amount of 150,000 UZS or more, the subscription fee for the full month will be charged with the corresponding meter volumes being charged. The balances of meters from the Mobi 60 tariff and the full meters from the Mobi 150 tariff for the month are summed up. Validity period – 1 calendar month from the moment of balance replenishment.  
    •   - If at the time of transition the amount on the balance is less than the cost of the transition (4210.35 or 10,000 UZS), then the tariff is not changed.
    • Example 4: On December 5, a subscriber wants to switch from Mobi 60 tariff to Mobi 150 tariff , the cost of the transition is 4210.35 UZS. The subscriber's balance is 3000 UZS. In this case, the transition will not work, because It’s not enough for either the transition cost or the subscription fee for the tariff.
    • If at the time of replenishing the balance the subscriber is on a daily debit, then the following rules for charging the subscription fee apply:
    • a) The subscriber is blocked and replenishes the balance to an amount greater than 0 UZS and less than 150,000 UZS(less than the full monthly subscription fee):
    • Example 1: The subscriber is blocked (blocked due to insufficient funds, or partial blocked) on December 15 with a balance of -200 UZS. On December 15th at 12:00 replenishes the balance in the amount of 10,000 UZS. The number is activated, the balance is 9,800 UZS(-200 UZS to pay off the debt). Immediately after replenishment, the daily subscription fee for the “Mobi 150” tariff for the current day is charged. Daily packages of MB, SMS and Unlim minutes are available until the end of the current day. Switching to monthly debiting does NOT occur, because... the amount on the balance is less than 150,000 UZS. 
    • b) The subscriber is blocked and replenishes the balance to UZS 150,000 or more (equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee):
    • Example 2: A subscriber was blocked on December 10 with a balance of -200 UZS. The subscription fee for the tariff is set to be written off on December 15. On December 15th at 12:00 replenishes the balance in the amount of 155,000 UZS. The number is activated, the balance is 154,800 UZS (-200 UZS to pay off the debt). After replenishing the balance, the full monthly subscription fee is charged. After debiting, the subscriber’s balance is 4,800 UZS. When written off, tariff meters are issued in full per month for a period of 1 calendar month. The next write-off deadline is set for January 15.  
    • c) The subscriber is active, is on daily debit and replenishes the balance up to 150,000 UZS or more (equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee):
    • Example 3: On December 15th, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5,000 UZS. The daily subscription fee for the tariff has already been charged after 0:00. On December 15 at 17:00 the subscriber tops up the balance in the amount of 155,000 UZS. The total balance is 160,000 UZS. After replenishing the balance, the subscriber switches to monthly debiting and the monthly subscription fee is immediately debited. After debiting, the subscriber’s balance is 10,000 UZS. Balances of counters for December 15 are summed up with monthly packages of UNLIM minutes, 100,000 MB, 10,000 SMS. The next subscription fee will be charged on January 15th.
    • If at the time of replenishing the balance the subscriber is on a monthly debit, then the following rules for charging the subscription fee apply:
    • a) The subscriber is active, is on a monthly debit and replenishes the balance to UZS 150,000 or more (equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee):
    • Example 4: On January 15th, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5,000 UZS. The next subscription fee charge is set for January 16. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 150,000 UZS. The total balance is 155,000 UZS. The write-off remains monthly. After 00:00 on the 16th, 1 subscription fee will be charged - for a full month. Monthly packages available (UNLIM minutes, 100,000 MB, 10,000 SMS). The next subscription fee will be charged on February 16th.

    • Tariff "Mobi 150" is available for connection to foreign citizens without PINFL. A SIM card of a foreign citizen without PINFL is active for 90 days from the date of activation.
    • To extend the validity of a SIM card, the subscriber must provide a PINFL (personal identification number of an individual) before the expiration of 90 days.  
    • After the subscriber provides the PINFL, the employee, based on the application and identification card, enters the PINFL data into the subscriber’s card. 
    • In cases wh ere the subscriber expresses a desire to use the number after termination of the contract, the number is restored in accordance with the terms of the “Number Restoration” service.
    • In this case, the subscriber must present his PINFL.           
    • During the period of provision of services to foreign citizens who do not have a PINFL, roaming services are not available.
