When switching to the tariff (from 01/11/2023):

      - If at the time of transition the subscriber’s balance  contains the UZS of the transition cost (4210.35 or 10,000 UZS ) + 110,000 UZS or more , then a successful tariff change occurs with the summation of meter balances for the previous tariff with MB and SMS packs using the Mobi 110 tariff volume for a full month. The subscription fee for tariff Mobi 110 is also charged in full (per month); The next write-off date is moved forward by 1 calendar month.

Example 1: On January 15, a subscriber wants to switch from  Mobi  60 tariff to  Mobi  110 tariff, the cost of the transition is 4210.35 UZS . The subscriber has 120,000 UZS on his balance (enough for the cost of the transition and the full monthly subscription fee). In this case, the transition will be successful. The monthly subscription fee for the  Mobi  110 tariff and the cost of the transition will be written off immediately upon the transition. The next subscription fee for  Mobi  110 tariff will be charged on February 15. Balances of counters from tariff  Mobi  60 and full counters from tariff  Mobi  110 for the month will be summed up, valid until February 15.

         - If at the time of transition the subscriber’s balance  contains the UZS of the transition cost (4210.35 or 10,000 UZS ) + from 5,500 to 69,999 UZS  , then a successful change of tariff occurs with a switch to daily debiting of the subscription fee with the accrual of Unlim minutes in Uzbekistan and daily MB and SMS packs. In this case, summation with meter balances from the previous tariff is NOT carried out .

Example 2: On January 15, a subscriber wants to switch from
Mobi  60 tariff to  Mobi  110 tariff, the cost of the transition is 4210.35 UZS . The subscriber's balance is 50,000 UZS (enough for the cost of the transition, but not enough for the full monthly subscription fee). In this case, the transition will be successful, but there will be a switch to daily debiting of the subscription fee. The subscription fee for  1 day for tariff  Mobi  110 (5500 UZS ) and the cost of the transition will be written off immediately upon the transition. The next daily subscription fee for  Mobi  110 tariff will be charged on January 16.

      - If at the time of the transition there is only the amount of the transition cost on the balance  (4210.35 or 10,000 UZS ) , then a successful tariff change occurs, but the number is blocked due to insufficient funds until the balance is replenished with the amount for debiting the subscription. fees for a full month or day (with accrual of the corresponding meter volumes).

Example 3: On January 15, a subscriber wants to switch from
Mobi  60 tariff to  Mobi  110 tariff, the cost of the transition is 4210.35 UZS . The subscriber's balance is 5,000 UZS (enough for the cost of the transition, but not enough for the monthly or daily subscription fee). In this case, the transition will be successful, the amount for the transition will be debited (4210.35 UZS ), but after the transition, the number will be blocked due to insufficient funds. To exit the blocking you need to top up your balance with 5500 UZS or more.

When replenishing the balance in the amount from 5,500 UZS to 109,999 UZS , the daily subscription fee for the  Mobi  110 tariff will be charged with the corresponding meter volumes being charged.  The remaining meters from the Mobi 60 tariff burn out.

When replenishing the balance in the amount of 110,000 UZS or more, the subscription fee for the full month will be charged with the corresponding meter volumes being charged. The balances of meters from the  Mobi  60 tariff and the full meters from the  Mobi  110 tariff for the month are summed up. Validity period – 1 calendar month from the moment of balance replenishment.

      - If at the time of transition the amount on the balance is less than the cost of the transition (4210.35 or 10,000 UZS ), then the tariff is not changed.

Example 4: On January 15, a subscriber wants to switch from
Mobi  60 tariff to  Mobi  110 tariff, the cost of the transition is 4210.35 UZS . The subscriber's balance is 3000 UZS . In this case, the transition will not work, because It’s not enough for either the transition cost or the subscription fee for the tariff.
