“Prohibition of switching to daily subscription fee”

• To connect and switch to tariff "O'qituvchi 2", an employee of the system of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Agency of Specialized Educational Institutions, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan must present a passport, ID (original), or a document confirming that the subscriber is an employee of the system of the Ministry of Public Education (extract from the employment order, certificate (original) issued to an employee of the system of the Ministry of Public Education). Connection and transfer without presentation of the above listed documents is not carried out. Connection and transition are carried out only by Mobiuz CO. This tariff plan allows one connection per individual.
• Calls are charged per minute.
• The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes
  
• All outgoing calls are charged from 1 sec. And they are rounded up to the nearest minute.
• The subscription fee is charged monthly on the day of first activation, provided that the subscriber's balance is sufficient to charge the full amount of the subscription fee (30,000 soums per month).
• In the monthly subscription fee charging mode, meters are issued in full for 1 calendar month (2000 minutes within Uzbekistan , 8,000 MB of Internet , 100 SMS ) .
• If, by the time the subscription fee is charged, there are not enough funds to withdraw the full subscription fee for the month, the daily subscription fee withdrawal mode is activated in the amount of 1,500 soums per day from the existing funds in the subscriber’s account. The subscription fee write-off date is moved forward by 1 day.
• In the daily subscription fee charging mode, meters are issued in the amount established for 1 day ( 67 minutes in Uzbekistan , 267 MB of Internet , 3 SMS ).
• Switching to the monthly subscription fee debiting mode occurs if there is an amount in the subscriber’s account sufficient to write off the full amount of the subscription fee. The write-off date is moved forward by 1 calendar month.
• In case of insufficient funds for debiting in 1 day, the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds and remains in it until the account is replenished in the amount of subscription fee for the month or day. After replenishing the account in the amount of subscription fee for a month or day, the blocking due to insufficient funds is removed. The subscription fee is charged immediately after the account is topped up.

• When switching from this tariff plan to any other tariff plan, the written-off subscription fee cannot be recalculated and/or refunded. Unspent minutes, MB and SMS are transferred and summed up with new meters issued in accordance with the conditions of the new tariff
• When switching to this tariff plan, unused minutes, MB, SMS from the previous tariff plan are transferred and added up with counters according to the terms of this tariff plan
• When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and Internet are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service.

• For existing and connected subscribers until July 27, 2023:

- If before July 27, 2023 for existing and connected subscribers to the “O'qituvchi 1” tariff plan and

• For a new connection (from July 27, 2023):

- If upon a new connection the amount on the subscriber’s balance is equal to or more than the monthly subscription fee (“O’qituvchi 1” - 16,000 soum; “O’qituvchi 2” - 30,000 soum), then the packages of minutes, MB and SMS are credited in full volume for 1 calendar month. The subscription fee is charged in full (per month);

If the amount on the subscriber’s balance is less than the monthly subscription fee (“O’qituvchi 1” - 16,000 soum; “O’qituvchi 2” - 30,000 soum), then the number is blocked due to insufficient funds. To exit the blocking, you need to top up your subscription fee balance for a month or more. When the balance is replenished to the required amount, the subscription is written off. fees and accrual of packages of minutes, MB and SMS in full (per month) for a period of 1 calendar month (from the date of replenishment of the balance).

• When switching to the tariff (from July 27, 2023):

- If at the time of transition the subscriber’s balance contains the sum of the transition cost (4210.35 or 10,000 soums) + monthly subscription fee (“O’qituvchi 1” - 16,000 soums; “O’qituvchi 2” - 30,000 soums) or more , then a successful tariff change occurs with the summation of meter balances for the previous tariff with packages of minutes, MB and SMS for the “O'qituvchi 1”/“O'qituvchi 2” tariff in the amount of a full month. The subscription fee for the "O'qituvchi 1"/"O'qituvchi 2" tariff is also written off in full (per month); The next write-off date is moved forward by 1 calendar month.

Example 1: On July 29, the subscriber switches from the “Mobi 20” tariff plan to the “O’qituvchi 2” tariff plan, the cost of the transition is 4210.35 soums. The subscriber has 40,000 sum on his balance (enough for the cost of the transition and the full monthly subscription fee). In this case, the transition will be successful. The monthly subscription fee for the “O'qituvchi 2” tariff plan and the cost of the transition will be written off immediately upon the transition. The next subscription fee for the “O'qituvchi 2” tariff plan will be charged on August 29. Balances of meters from tariff “Mobi 20” and full meters from tariff “O’qituvchi 2” for the month will be summed up, valid until August 29.

- If at the time of transition the subscriber’s balance contains the sum of the transition cost (4210.35 or 10,000 soums) + from 800 to 15,999 soums (for switching to the “O’qituvchi 1” tariff ) or from 1,500 to 29,999 (for switching to tariff "O'qituvchi 2"), then a successful change of tariff occurs with a switch to daily debiting of the subscription fee with the accrual of daily packages of MB minutes, SMS. In this case, summation with meter balances from the previous tariff is not performed.

Example 2: On July 29, the subscriber switches from the Mobi 20 tariff plan to the O'qituvchi 2 tariff plan, the cost of the transition is 4210.35 soums. The subscriber has 25,000 sum on his balance (enough for the cost of the transition, but not enough for the full monthly subscription fee). In this case, the transition will be successful, but there will be a switch to daily debiting of the subscription fee. The subscription fee for 1 day for the “O'qituvchi 2” tariff plan (1500 sum) and the cost of the transition will be written off immediately upon the transition. The next daily subscription fee for the “O'qituvchi 2” tariff plan is July 30. In this case, the remaining counters from the Mobi 20 tariff are burned out. Only daily volume is credited for the “O'qituvchi 2” tariff plan (67 minutes within the Mobiuz network, 267 MB, 3 SMS) valid until the end of the day on July 29.

- If at the time of the transition there is only the amount of the transition cost on the balance (4210.35 or 10,000 soums) , then a successful tariff change occurs, but the number is blocked due to insufficient funds until the balance is replenished with the amount for debiting the subscription. fees for a full month or day (with accrual of the corresponding meter volumes).

Example 3: On July 29, a subscriber wants to switch from the “Mobi 20” tariff plan to the “O’qituvchi 2” tariff plan, the cost of the transition is 4210.35 soums. The subscriber's balance is 4,500 sum (enough for the cost of the transition, but not enough for the monthly or daily subscription fee). In this case, the transition will be successful, the amount for the transition will be debited (4210.35 soums), but after the transition, the number will be blocked due to insufficient funds. To exit the blocking, you need to top up your balance by 1500 sum or more.

When replenishing the balance in the amount from 1,500 soum to 29,999 soum, the daily subscription fee for the “O'qituvchi 2” tariff will be debited with the corresponding meter volumes being charged. The remaining meters from the Mobi 20 tariff are burned out.

When replenishing the balance in the amount of 30,000 sum or more, the subscription fee for the full month will be charged with the corresponding meter volumes being charged. Balances of meters from tariff  Mobi 20 and full meters from tariff “O'qituvchi 2” for the month are summed up. Validity period – 1 calendar month from the moment of balance replenishment.  

- If at the time of transition the amount on the balance is less than the cost of the transition (4210.35 or 10,000 soums), then the tariff is not changed.

Example 4: On July 29, a subscriber wants to switch from the Mobi 20 tariff plan to the O'qituvchi 2 tariff plan, the cost of the transition is 4210.35 soums. The subscriber's balance is 500 sum. In this case, the transition will not work, because It’s not enough for either the transition cost or the subscription fee for the tariff.
