- The service is provided to Subscribers in active status, partial blocking, and blocking due to insufficient funds.
- The service is not available to subscribers in roaming.

- The minimum available amount is 1,000 UZS. The maximum advance lim it for each Subscriber may be different, but not more than 20,000 UZS. The service takes into account expenses that have been incurred over the last 3 months.
- The “Promised payment” is issued for 30 days, while repayment of the principal amount and service fee is made automatically upon the first replenishment of the balance by the Subscriber until the debt is fully repaid.
- Repayment of the advance amount within the framework of the “Promised Payment” is possible either in full or in parts. Advances are covered in the order in which the amount was received, i.e. first the first one, then the second one, etc.
- If, after 30 days, the Subscriber has not repaid the previously issued advance, a unilateral blocking is applied until the Subscriber repays the debt.
- The default service language is Uzbek. Subscribers can change the language to Russian or English in the USSD menu or by sending the appropriate command via SMS.
- If the Subscriber has blocked the service, he will not receive an offer to top up his balance via SMS, and if he independently requests via USSD/SMS to receive the service, he will be given a refusal until the ban on “Promised Payment” is disabled.
- You can block/unblock the service by sending SMS commands STOP or START to the short number 170
