"Number Recovery" service

The cost of the service is 21,000 UZS.

The service is available only in Mobiuz's own offices.

The "Number Recovery" service is intended for restoring (reconnecting) extraordinary numbers and special category numbers to the same subscriber, if the Contract for the provision of mobile communication services was terminated (it is restored to the subscriber for whom the subscriber number was registered before the last termination of the contract).

A subscriber can use the service only if he / she repays the debt on all personal accounts (for all subscriber numbers registered for this subscriber, including all terminated numbers).

The period during which the subscriber can use the "Number Recovery" service is provided:

Within 60 days from the date of termination of the Agreement for special category numbers*

Within 30 days from the date of termination of the Contract for non-emergency numbers

* Number recovery is possible if the number is not connected to a new subscriber. If the subscriber number is connected to another subscriber after 30 days from the date of termination of the Agreement at the time of contacting, the "Restore Number" service is not available.

The "Number Recovery" service is implemented by entering into a new Contract with the subscriber.

The Subscriber does not have the right to transfer the right to use this service to another person.

The "Number Recovery" service is available only to the subscriber for whom the subscriber number was registered before the last termination of the agreement. The number is restored only to the person who owned the subscriber number before the termination of the subscription agreement. The number can be restored on the basis of a notarized power of attorney issued by a person to his lawyer, which must indicate the restored subscriber number and the name of the service.

Conditions:

All prices are inclusive of VAT and excise tax.

In order to restore their previous number, the subscriber must personally contact Mobiuz's own office, having an identity document with them to conclude a contract for the provision of mobile communication services.

The Company considers the application for restoring the phone number within 10 calendar days from the date of their submission.

The service cost of 21,000 UZS is charged once from the subscriber's balance.

The "Number Recovery" service is NOT available in the following cases:

In cases of termination of the contract at the initiative of the Operator for other reasons stipulated in the terms of the contract, not related to the failure of the subscriber to make an advance payment (non-payment of debt) within 60 (sixty) consecutive calendar days from the date of suspension of communication services.

In case of NON-repayment of debt (presence of a negative balance) on the subscriber number that needs to be restored and/or on any of the subscriber's existing subscriber numbers.

If the restored number and/or any of the existing subscriber numbers are used in GSM gateways.

If the subscriber does not have a permanent or temporary residence permit in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

If at the time of the request, the requested subscriber number has already been provided by the Operator to another subscriber (registered to another subscriber).

The cost of the service is included in the initial advance payment when entering into a new contract.

Failure by an individual subscriber to pay the full amount of the Initial Advance Payment within 7 calendar days means that the subscriber withdraws from the Agreement.

Renewal of the restored phone number is available only after the full 90 calendar days have elapsed from the date of restoration.

Until the full 90 calendar days have elapsed since the number was restored, the "Reissue of the number" service is NOT provided.

In case of renewal of the restored number, the funds debited for the "Number Recovery" service, the subscription fee of the tariff plan, the cost of a special number category and other services are not refundable.

Enabling the "Number Recovery" service for special category numbers for which the subscriber made a partial payment, did not fulfill the terms of promotions, services, or tariff plan that provide a discount on the cost of connecting a special category number.

Service cost: 21000 sum. The cost of the service is included in the initial advance payment when entering into a new contract. All prices are inclusive of taxes and excise tax.

The subscriber can use the "Number Recovery" service only when paying the full cost of connecting a special category number, according to the prices approved by the Operator on the day the person submits an Application for number recovery., without applying previously granted discounts, without setting off previously made (partial) payments, without applying discounts on promotions valid at the time of number recovery.
