Reissuing a phone number

The "Reissue number" service is intended for reissuing a number to another individual.

The service is available only in Mobiuz's own offices.

Cost of the service (for the whole republic): 25 000 UZS.

The cost of the service is paid by the new subscriber of the number (to whom the number is reissued).

The cost of the service is included in the initial advance payment when entering into a new contract. All prices are inclusive of VAT and excise tax.

Conditions:

All prices are inclusive of taxes.

Renewal of the number is performed in the presence of the current and new subscriber (or a representative by proxy from an individual of the current subscriber). Subscribers must have their original passports with them.

Applications for renewal of the phone number are considered by the Company within 7 calendar days from the date of their submission.

The cost of the service (25,000 UZS) is paid by the new owner of the number. This amount is charged once from the balance of the new subscriber number owner.

If the cost of the service is not paid by the subscriber (individual) within 7 calendar days from the date of reissue, the Company has the right to terminate the subscriber number unilaterally and then put this number on sale.

If a special category number is being reissued, the new owner pays the cost of the "Reissue number" service and the cost of a special category number (see Table 1).

If a special category number was registered to the current owner with a discount on the connection cost as part of a special category discount promotion,then this number is connected to the new owner according to the cost of the "Reissue of the number" service (see Table 1).

If a special category number is reissued to a new owner during the period of any special category number discounts (except for the "Super discounts on beautiful numbers" promotion), then connecting this number to the new owner is made according to the cost of the "Number reissue" service (see Table 1).

When reissuing, the "Special category Number in installments" service is not activated.

The "Number Renewal" service is NOT available in the following cases:

  • If there is a debt (negative balance) on the subscriber number that is being reissued.
  • If there is a debt (negative balance) on any of the existing subscriber numbers of the current or new owners.
  • If the reissued number and/or any of the existing numbers of the current or new owner are used in GSM gateways.
  • If the amount of the initial advance payment is not paid in full by the current owner (an individual within 7 calendar days from the moment of activation).
  • If the current or new owner does not have a permanent or temporary residence permit in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • If the current subscriber has not paid the total price of a special category number, the user connected with the "Special Category Number in installments" service.
  • If the full 90 calendar days have not passed since the activation of the "Number Recovery" service.
  • In the event of the subscriber's death, reissue is made to one of the deceased's close relatives (father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister), provided that the necessary documents are provided.

Reissue is made in the presence of:

  • death certificates (original document);
  • a copy of the death registration certificate issued by the Unified Portal of Interactive State Services;
  • a document confirming kinship with the deceased (birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.).
