MobiWin promotion is valid from August 20, 2025 to November 20, 2025 inclusive, for subscribers connected to tariffs for individuals registered in the mobile application.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION

Subscribers - individuals who meet the following requirements are allowed to participate in the promotion:

The subscriber is a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan or a foreign citizen/stateless person permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (having a residence permit)
Subscriber – registered in the mobile application, user, tariff for individuals with a prepaid payment system
The Subscriber Agreement is valid during the Promotion period and at the time of determining the winners.
The Subscriber's SIM card is active (not blocked) during the Promotion period and at the time the winners are determined
Subscribers who use the main number registered in the mobile application are allowed to participate in the promotion.

The following persons may not participate and claim a prize under the Promotion:

Individuals – foreign citizens and stateless persons who do not have a residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan
Individuals under 16 years of age
Individuals, employees of «UMS» LLC, who are in employment relationships during the promotion period, as well as their close relatives (parents, blood and stepbrothers and sisters, spouse, children, including adopted children, as well as parents, blood and stepbrothers and sisters of spouses)
Individuals who have entered into civil-law contracts with «UMS» LLC, as well as their close relatives
Authorized dealers of «UMS» LLC, their employees (dealers, dealer representatives, operators)
Subscribers – legal entities and subscribers connected to the Tourist tariff SIM .

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

For connecting to the network on tariffs for individuals and actions to activate communication services provided for by the rules of the promotion in the application, the subscriber gets a chance to participate in the prize drawing.

Chances for a new connection to the network during the promotion period are awarded only after the subscriber registers in the mobile application.

* All chances obtained before the changes are retained by the subscriber while fulfilling other conditions of the promotion.

After completing one of the required actions, the subscriber can connect a bonus pack of 1000 MB in the application for a period of 30 days. The subscriber can connect it once during the promotion period.

Important! In order to participate in the promotion and accumulate chances, you must accept the terms and conditions and confirm your consent to participate in the mobile application. Chances are awarded only after the subscriber confirms their consent to participate in the promotion.

The chance to connect to the network within the promotion remains even if you change your tariff during the promotion period to a tariff participating in the promotion.
If you change your tariff during the promotion period to a tariff that is not participating in the promotion, the chance is cancelled and will not be restored.
When the contract is terminated, the chances are cancelled.
In case of re-registration or restoration of the number after termination, the chances previously provided on the subscriber number are cancelled.
In case of re-registration or restoration of a number connected during the promotion period, the chance is cancelled and will not be restored.
Chances cannot be transferred to another user/subscriber.
The funds with which the subscriber topped up the balance and for which he received a chance/chances are not subject to return and must be used for communication services.
The 1000 MB bonus pack is not available on the Mobiuz 8 yil and Tourist tariffs SIM .
The odds for the actions performed are assigned to the main number registered in the mobile application.
If several numbers are linked to the mobile app, only one (main) number can be verified. Accordingly, only the main number can participate in the «MobiWin» promotion.
Starting from October 30, 2025, when topping up the balance through the mobile application for every full 20,000 UZS, 5 chances will be awarded. All chances received by the subscriber before October 30, 2025, will remain unchanged.

DETERMINING THE WINNERS

The winners will be determined in 4 stages:

Stage 1 – in September 2025 Stage 2 – in October 2025

Stage 3 – November 2025

Stage 4 – in December 2025

The date, time and place of determining the winners may be changed by

Companies. The place, date and time of the ceremonies will be communicated to the Participants of the Promotion additionally by posting information on the website and in social networks and/or via SMS-mailing.

Subscribers will be informed of the place, date and time of the drawing at least 3 days in advance by posting information on the website and in social networks.
The ID display will be available to subscribers in the mobile application. The ID code is a unique number consisting of 7 digits. ID codes are assigned sequentially, starting with the number 0000001.
The winners are determined using an online random number generator among the entire range of ID codes of participants who have fulfilled the conditions of the promotion.
The ID of the participant whose subscriber number became the winner of one of the stages can also take part in the following draws if the conditions of the promotion are met.
The winners will be determined live using a randomizer.
The Independent Commission monitors the process of drawing the main prize of the promotion. The functions of the Independent Commission include being present at the process of determining the winners of the promotion, as well as monitoring the transparent implementation of this process. In the event of facts and/or doubts about the transparency of determining the winners of the promotion, the participants of the Independent Commission have the right to suspend the process and demand its resumption after eliminating the causes and facts that violate the transparency of the process.
The Company informs the subscriber – the winner of the Promotion within 5 (five) working days from the date of determining the winner by means of phone calls and SMS-mailing.
Prizes will be awarded after the relevant documentation has been completed .

PROCEDURE, TERMS, PLACE AND CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING THE PRIZE

1. The winner of the Promotion is obliged to provide all necessary documents (see clause 7) to register the prize within 15 calendar days from the date of its results.

2. The Company undertakes to transfer the prize to the Winner of the Promotion within 30 calendar days from the date of documentary registration of the prize.

3. ID code is assigned, can claim the prize .

4. Cash prizes are issued to the Winners in non-cash form by transferring funds to the Winner's bank account, withholding taxes in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the time of payment. Personal income tax is withheld from the cash prize in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the time of payment.

5. Material prizes (smartphones and laptops) are not issued in cash or any other equivalent. The winner - the owner of the material prize is obliged to pay personal income tax from his own funds in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. «UMS» LLC does not undertake obligations to pay taxes and fees from its own funds not provided for by the prize fund of the Promotion.

6. Winners can receive prizes by contacting the offices of «UMS» LLC . If the Winner does not contact the offices of «UMS» LLC within the established timeframe (see paragraph 1) with the intention of receiving the prize, «UMS» LLC has the right to refuse to issue the prize. In this case, the Company reserves the right to draw the prize again.

7. Before receiving the prize, the Winner must personally contact the office of «UMS» LLC and provide:

original passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan
TIN, PINFL
a signed receipt from the winner with bank details and consent to transfer the amount of money to the Winner's bank account with a statement of withholding personal income tax (in the case of a cash prize) or consent to pay personal income tax in the case of a material prize, as well as the absence of family ties with the company's employees and consent to photography and video filming.

8. In the event that it is discovered that the applicant (winner of the Promotion) is related to persons who are in employment relationships with «UMS» LLC, or who have concluded civil-law contracts with «UMS» LLC, as well as in the event that it is discovered that false information has been provided, the Prize will not be awarded.

9. In the event that it is discovered that the applicant has provided false information after the prize has been awarded in the part of the Promotion, the Company reserves the right to recover the cost of the prize in court.

10. The Company reserves the right to cancel the results of the Winner's promotion in the following cases:

Identification of the Winner’s non-compliance with the conditions of participation in the Promotion;
Refusal or failure to provide the necessary documents listed in paragraph 7 of these Rules on time;
Identification of information about the provision of false information by the Winner in the documents listed in paragraph 7 of these Rules.

11. In case of cancellation of the results of the Promotion, the Company reserves the right to draw the prize again.

12. If the Winner of the Promotion does not reside in Tashkent, «UMS» LLC does not undertake any obligations to pay any expenses related to the Winner’s trip to Tashkent (travel to Tashkent and back, hotel accommodation, meals, etc.), as well as those related to the delivery of the prize to the winner’s place of residence or other destination.

13. When registering/receiving a prize, the Winner undertakes to sign all necessary documents (related to the process of registering/receiving a prize), which will indicate the Subscriber's personal information and full information about the Prize. The Winner's refusal to sign the necessary documents and/or perform other legally significant actions, including providing the required documents, when receiving prizes, is considered as the Winner's refusal to receive the prize.

14. When registering/receiving a cash Prize, the Winner gives his/her consent to photo and video recording of the process of receiving the prize for use and publication on the official pages of the company.

15. «UMS» LLC does not undertake any obligations to pay out cash or prizes in cash.

16. In case of failure to claim or refusal for any reason by the Winners of the Promotion to receive the prize, the Company reserves the right to draw the unclaimed prizes again.

17. «UMS» LLC reserves the right to refuse the Winner the prize if the Winner fails to comply with all the requirements and conditions of these Rules .

18. «UMS» LLC is not responsible for:

the inability of participants to view information about the winner's winning ID posted on the mobi.uz website ;
ID code being blocked at the time of the call and/or SMS mailing.
failure to receive/late receipt of information/documents required to receive Prizes due to the fault of the participants themselves or for other reasons;
failure to fulfill (late fulfillment) by the participants of the Promotion of the obligations stipulated by the Rules for receiving prizes ;
failure of the Winners of the Promotion to receive the Prizes in the event of failure to claim them or refusal of them;
failure to fulfill its obligations to deliver prizes to the Winners due to the fault of third parties and/or force majeure circumstances.

19. The winner of the main prize undertakes not to remove the MOBIUZ trademark and logo or any other branding applied to the body of the car for at least 6 months from the date of receipt of the car.

NOTES

By participating in the promotion and providing their personal and contact information, the Participant grants the Company the right and their consent (permission) to send advertising mailings to the Participant's personal contact addresses (to their subscriber number), including on social media sites, in any form that is not prohibited - calls, photos, videos, text messages, without obtaining additional consent from the participants and without paying them any remuneration for this.
Participants of the Promotion are obliged to perform all actions related to participation in the Promotion and receiving prizes within the timeframes established by this Document.
«UMS» LLC is obliged to determine the winners of the Promotion - to provide them with prizes, in accordance with the terms and conditions established by these Rules.
«UMS» LLC reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with participants of the Promotion, except in cases specified in this Document or on the basis of the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
By participating in the Promotion, the participant confirms that he/she is fully familiar with and agrees with the Definitions, Terms, Conditions and Notes of the Promotion, as well as with the Procedure for receiving prizes.
«UMS» LLC reserves the right to make changes and additions to the rules of the Promotion. In case of changes in the terms of the Promotion, «UMS» LLC undertakes to post the relevant information on the official website mobi .u z .
In case of early termination of the Promotion, «UMS» LLC undertakes to publish a corresponding message on the official website mobi.uz.
