Unlim MIX Service

The service provides unlimited use of Data traffic in the following resources: YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Messenger.

Connecting/disconnecting the service:

• Mobiuz mobile app (download the app)

• USSD command *230 #

• Contact center (0890, +998971300909)

• Mobiuz company offices

* Service activation/deactivation is only available if funds are available to cover the full subscription fee or if the service status is active.

Subscription fee:

• The subscription fee for the option is charged monthly until the option is disabled.

• The service can only be activated if there are sufficient funds in the balance to cover the full cost.

• If your number is blocked due to insufficient funds on your balance to pay for the Unlim MIX options, to unblock it you must have a balance more than the subscription fee for the option.

• If your balance doesn't cover the monthly service fee, the service will be temporarily suspended. Your number will remain active and unblocked. The service fee will be debited from your balance in accordance with your tariff's terms.
• IOnce your balance is topped up with the required amount, the subscription fee will be debited automatically, and the service will be renewed. The next subscription fee will be charged one month after the debit date.
• IIf the service is temporarily suspended due to insufficient funds, you can deactivate the option at any time.

Conditions:

• The service is available only to subscribers of tariffs for individuals (except for «Mobiuz 8 yil»).

• Traffic is not charged when using the Data only in the official mobile applications of resources or the official mobile version in the browser.

• To ensure the service works properly, we do not recommend sharing mobile data from your device, as in that case, data usage may be charged according to the terms of use beyond the «Unlim MIX» service. 

• The priority for using the service is first among Data services.

• Data transfer speed is not limited .

• Available in GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G/5G networks .

• When roaming, the Data is charged according to the standard terms of the tariff.

• When using a proxy, VPN, or third-party websites, traffic is charged according to your tariff.

• When the «Daily Unlim» service is activated, the speed is limited only for resources other than YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and Facebook messenger.

• Traffic consumption according to the tariff may increase when the IP addresses of the resource owner change.

• Smartphones can consume background traffic (updates, synchronization, etc.); this traffic is charged according to the tariff.

• All prices include VAT.
