• Conditions

  • The tariff «Mehribon» is intended for connection of pensioners and low-income citizens.

  • Connection is made only after presenting a pension ID card or in the presence of a certificate of being in the Unified register of social protection, obtained through the portal of the Unified interactive government service.

  • Switching to this tariff is made at the company's office upon presentation of a pension certificate or certificate of being in the Unified register of social protection (sample certificate in Annex #3).

  • One connection to the tariff «Mehribon» is possible for one individual.

  • Tariffication of calls is per minute.

  • All outgoing calls are charged from 1 sec. And rounded up to a minute.

  • Data traffic rounding quantum is 1KB.

  • In case of new connection to the tariff, subscription fee is charged in full immediately after account replenishment.

  • Subscription fee is written off monthly on the day of first activation, provided that the subscriber's balance is sufficient to write off the full amount of subscription fee.

  • In case of insufficient funds to write off the subscription fee for the month, the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds and remains there until the account is replenished in the amount of subscription fee for the month. After replenishment of the account in the amount of subscription fee amount for the month, the insufficient funds blocking is removed. The subscription fee is charged immediately after the account is replenished.

  • When the balance reaches zero or negative, the number will be blocked due to insufficient funds, in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms and conditions of the «On Call» service.

  • The subscription fee is not charged in the blocked state.

  • When subscriber's fee is written off, the meters are issued in full for 1 calendar month.

  • In case of new connection to this tariff, subscriber fee is written off at once, charging of minutes, MB and SMS packs included in the subscriber fee are issued in full.

  • The cost of switching to the tariff «Mehribon» - 0 UZS.

  • Unused minutes, megabytes, and SMS from the previous tariff plan are transferred and added to the corresponding packages of the new plan.

  • The validity period of the combined packages is 1 calendar month from the date of the tariff change.
  • The following are not carried over from the previous tariff plan: Unlimited minutes, night-time internet packages, unlimited access to specific services or platforms

  • «Gap Ko‘p» service is available on «Mehribon» tariff.

  The Central Asia zone includes calls to the following destinations: Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan.

  The CIS zone includes calls to the following destinations: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.

  The Europe zone includes calls to the following destinations: Austria, Albania, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vatican, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Israel, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Finland, France, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia.
