Allow geolocation
Grant the app access to determine the precise location of your device
Select a tariff
Select a convenient payment method (one-time call or a discounted subscription) and confirm the debit
Click «Send SOS»
Indicate who needs help (you or another person) and press the SOS button to call the crew
Download the Mobiuz mobile app
Get access to the SOS button and other digital services

Immediately after receiving a request, the Mobiuz app will display full information in real time: the full names of the arriving security officers, the make and license plate number of the service vehicle, and the estimated time of arrival
No, you don't need to call or explain the address. The system will automatically capture your precise GPS coordinates from your smartphone and transmit them to the dispatcher at the Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
A one-time call costs 100 000 UZS and allows for a single SOS signal in one hour of activation. A monthly subscription costs 80 000 UZS per month and provides an unlimited number of SOS calls with no additional fees per call
To successfully send an SOS signal, your number must be active and your account balance must be sufficient to cover the selected format (80 000 UZS for a subscription or 100 000 UZS for a one-time call)
The service is available to all Mobiuz subscribers — individual users who use tariff plans for private customers, registered in the Mobiuz mobile application and granted access to geolocation
