0890 is the contact center number for UMS LLC's individual subscribers. Voice Assistant 0890 is an automated self-service system that allows subscribers to:

  • find out company news;
  • obtain information about services, as well as connect or disconnect additional services;
  • get information about tariffs and change your tariff;
  • learn about payment methods and current balance information;
  • get information about the addresses of sales and service offices
  • contact the operator to resolve the issue

To use the Voice Assistant services, the subscriber must call 0890 and, following the system prompts, select the required option to perform the desired action.

(+99897) 1300909 – Contact Center number for calls from landline numbers and numbers of other mobile operators in Uzbekistan.

The automated system (+99897) 1300909 allows you to independently:

  • find out company news;
  • get information about additional services;
  • get information about tariffs;
  • get information about the addresses of sales and service offices
  • contact the operator to resolve the issue

Conditions

  • Calling 0890 on the Mobiuz network is free, does not consume minutes within the tariff, and can be made even when blocked.  

0850 is a short number used by the Company to make automated outbound calls to subscribers. A call to a subscriber from the short number 0850 may be made to offer various services or bonuses, or to provide information about news and changes. This information is provided via pre-recorded voice messages (not by a live person).

8910 is a short number used by the Company to make automated outbound calls to subscribers. Calls from the 8910 number may be made to promote the Company’s services, provide information about current promotions and special offers, and conduct automated outbound information calls (IVR calls). Information is provided via pre-recorded voice messages (not by a live person).

+99897 136 09 09 – the number used to make outgoing calls to subscribers whose accounts are currently suspended. Calls from this number may be made to inform subscribers of the reasons for the suspension, options for restoring service, and efforts to encourage subscribers to resume active use of the services. This information is provided via pre-recorded voice messages (not by a live person).
