Voice mail for everyone
This service provides an opportunity to leave a voice message to the called subscriber in the following cases:

if the called party does not respond

if the called party's phone is turned off

if the phone of the called subscriber is located outside the network coverage area

if the called party's phone is busy

if the called party declined the call
The subscriber will be notified about the receipt of a voice mail message via a free SMS.
You can listen to your voice mail message by calling the short number 6757.
The service is unavailable for new connections from February 3, 2026.
Cost of the service

The cost of listening to an incoming voice message by calling 6757-0 UZS

The cost of recording a personal greeting is 0 UZS

Disabling the Voice Mail for All service - 0 UZS

The cost of recording a single voice message (no more than 60 seconds) is 300 UZSwith VAT and is debited from the subscriber's account when leaving a voice message.

The cost of an outgoing call for the caller after the sound of the answering machine is charged according to the cost of the tariff for outgoing calls, or is spent from the subscriber's available package of minutes.

The subscriber has the opportunity to deactivate this service independently.

Service availability

The service is unavailable for new connections from February 3, 2026, and is also unavailable for addition to existing subscribers.

Subscribers who are connected to tariff plans for legal entities cannot receive messages to voice mail.

Subscribers who are connected to tariff plans for legal entities can leave a voice mail message to subscribers with the "Voice Mail for All" service enabled. The message is charged according to the rate set for this service.

When you activate the "You were called" service, the subscriber automatically disables the "Voice Mail for All" service.

Subscribers who have the "You've been called" service enabled can leave a voicemail message to subscribers who have the "Voicemail for All" service enabled. The message is charged according to the rate set for this service.
Notes
- The maximum duration of recording a single voice message is 60 seconds.
- The maximum number of saved voice messages is 10. If you receive 11 or more messages, they will be deleted starting from the 1st one.
- The maximum storage time for all messages is 72 hours.
- Recording and billing of a voice message starts after the answering machine beeps.
- The cost of recording a message is also debited in case of insufficient funds on the caller's account.
- The priority of custom call forwarding configured by the subscriber is higher than the Voice Mail for All service.
- The service is available only within the OOO "UMS" network.
- Prices are inclusive of VAT.
