Number replacement service
The cost of the service is 10,000 UZS.
The "Number Replacement" service allows the subscriber to change the subscriber number without replacing the SIM card, while maintaining the existing tariff plan and services connected earlier, on the old number.
The number to replace can be either an extraordinary number or a special category number.
Activation of the service is possible only in Mobiuz's own offices on the basis of a written application and presentation of an identity card.
The "Number Replacement" service is available on all tariff plans for individuals.
The "Number replacement" service is not available for:
- To the numbers used in GSM gateways.
- On a number that was activated during the promotion before the conditions of the promotion were met for which the number was activated.
- If at the time of applying for a replacement number, the subscriber has arrears on the current number and on all personal accounts (for all subscriber numbers registered for this subscriber, including all terminated numbers).
Important: The "Number Replacement" service is only available if you change to a subscriber number in the same region.
Number change without tariff change:
Your existing tariff plan will be retained, without changing your meter readings or any services previously connected to your old number, in the following cases:

When changing your number to an unscheduled number

When changing to a premium number, if both your current and new numbers are connected to the same tariff plan participating in the "Cheap Calls for Mobiles" promotion.
When you activate the "Cheap Calls for Mobiles" service, the subscription fee for your existing tariff plan will not be charged again.
Number change with tariff change:
If your current tariff plan is not included in the "Cheap Calls for Mobiles" promotion when you change your number, your tariff will be changed to a tariff plan participating in the promotion.
Number change and tariff plan change occur simultaneously. As soon as the system registers the new number, the tariff plan is changed to the one selected by the subscriber.
