Mobiuz to Enhance Network Security with Advanced Cisco AI Solutions

The delegation of the mobile operator Mobiuz attended the major technology forum Cisco Connect 2026 in the UK and signed Memorandum on further cooperation with Cisco.

On May 18–19, London hosted one of the region's largest technology forums - Cisco Connect 2026 UK & Ireland. This is the company's annual flagship forum for IT executives, chief technology officers, and telecom operators. This year, the event's main theme was AI solutions for secure connectivity and digital resilience.

During the forum, the Mobiuz delegation participated in discussions on innovative solutions and development prospects of digital technologies. Key Cisco solutions, already in use by leading telecom operators worldwide, were presented. Including:

Cisco Predictive Networks - a self-configuring network technology that identifies anomalies before they cause a failure and automatically reroutes traffic.

Cisco AI Defense - a comprehensive solution for protection against AI-powered cyber threats.

Splunk + Cisco ThousandEyes - a data monitoring and analysis platform that can pinpoint the cause of a failure within minutes.

Cisco Multicloud Defense - a unified security management system for multi-cloud environments, among other solutions.

Within the forum framework, Uzbekistan's mobile operator Mobiuz and Cisco (USA), a global leader in networking technologies and cybersecurity, signed the memorandum of cooperation.

The document outlines the strategic directions for this joint effort: the further integration of artificial intelligence into the network infrastructure, network management automation, cybersecurity development, and the construction of multi-cloud environments. This is a roadmap that will directly impact the quality of service and security for every Mobiuz subscriber.

Mobiuz and Cisco have already been collaborating for sevral years. Cisco's network equipment operates in the Mobuz's IT infrastructure on Mission Critical mode—where downtime is simply not an option.

Back in 2021, Mobiuz upgraded service contact to a Cisco SMARTnet Total Care, which guarantees next-business-day equipment replacement, round-the-clock technical support, and automatic software updates.

The signed memorandum with Cisco provides Mobiuz access to global best practices in AI networking and cybersecurity. In the near future, the companies will begin implementing new joint projects, the results of which will be felt by every subscriber: a more stable connection, faster data speeds, and more reliable protection of personal data.
