Changes in subscriber service on tariffs «Jozibali 30, Chilla Lite+, Mobi 16, Gap yo‘q mini»

We inform you that from 26.01.2026, service will be provided to subscribers on the tariffs «Jozibali 30, Chilla Lite+, Mobi 16, Gap yo‘q mini» is terminated.
Notes:
1. From 09.01.2026 to 26.01.2026 (inclusive) subscribers on the tariff «Jozibali 30, Chilla Lite+, Mobi 16» can independently switch to a similar tariff «Jozibali 35» (USSD command *111*121# call) or to any other current tariff available for switching.
The cost of switching from tariffs «Jozibali 30, Chilla Lite+, Mobi 16» - 0 UZS.
2. From 09.01.2026 to 26.01.2026 (inclusive) subscribers on the «Gap yo‘q mini» tariff can independently switch to a similar tariff «Mobi 20» (USSD command *111*120# call) or to any other current tariff available for switching.
The cost of switching from tariff «Gap yo‘q mini» - 0 UZS.
3. If the subscriber fails to independently switch to another tariff, then from 26.01.2026, the Operator will have the right to unilaterally change the tariff, without worsening the subscriber's situation, according to the table:

4. In the event of a unilateral change to the tariff, the company will provide a 100% discount on the subscription fee for the first month of the new tariff.
5. When changing to a new tariff, the accrual of minute, MB, and SMS packs is issued in full.
6. When changing to a new tariff, unused minutes, MB, and SMS are transferred and summed up for a period of 1 calendar month.
