«Mazali yangi yil» promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION «MAZALI YANGI YIL»

Period: from November 20, 2025 to January 5, 2026 inclusive

This promotion is for subscribers connected to tariffs for individuals and registered in the Mobiuz mobile app.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

Subscribers who are individuals and meet the following requirements are eligible to participate in the Promotion:

• The subscriber is a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan or a foreign citizen/stateless person permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (having a residence permit)

• Subscriber – a user of a tariff for individuals with a prepaid payment system.

• The Subscriber Agreement is valid during the Promotion period and at the time of determining the winners.

• The Subscriber's SIM card is active (not blocked) during the Promotion period and at the time of determining the winners

The following persons are not eligible to participate and claim a prize under the Promotion:

• Individuals – foreign citizens and stateless persons who do not have a residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan

• Individuals under 16 years of age

• Individuals, employees of UMS LLC, who are in employment relationships during the promotion period, as well as their close relatives (parents, blood and half-brothers and sisters, spouse, children, including adopted children, as well as parents, blood and half-brothers and sisters of spouses);

• Individuals who have entered into civil-law contracts with UMS LLC, as well as their close relatives;

• Authorized dealers of UMS LLC, their employees (dealers, dealer representatives, operators);

• Tariff «Tourist SIM»;

• Subscribers – legal entities;

PROMOTION TERMS:

The subscriber is awarded a chance to participate in the prize drawing for the following actions:

1 chance - for connecting to the network on the «Mazza Yangi Yil» tariff during the promotion period;

1 chance - for topping up the balance of your number or the number of another Mobiuz subscriber for every full 30 000 UZS via the Mobiuz mobile application ;

The more actions you perform, the greater your chances.

You can check the number of accumulated chances in the Mobiuz mobile app.

• «Mazza Yangi Yil» tariff as part of the promotion even if they switch to a different tariff during the tariff promotion period.

• When the contract is terminated, the chances are cancelled.

• In the event of renewal or restoration of a number after termination, previously provided opportunities are cancelled and will not be restored.

• Accumulated chances cannot be transferred to another user.

• The funds with which the subscriber topped up the balance and for which he received a chance/chances are non-refundable and must be used for communication services.

• The odds for the completed actions are assigned to the main number registered in the mobile application.

After 05.01.2026, each accumulated chance will be assigned an ID code – a unique number consisting of 6 digits.

The total number of ID codes per participant is equal to the total number of accumulated chances for the entire promotion period.

Subscribers can find out their unique ID codes using the USSD command *10#.

PRIZE - DINNER WITH A STAR (WITH ARTIST SHOKHRUKHON) IN A RESTAURANT IN TASHKENT!

All accumulated ID codes will be entered into a drawing for a dinner with a star (with artist Shokhrukhon) at a restaurant in Tashkent!

The winner of the promotion may invite one accompanying person to dinner.

WINNER DETERMINED:

• The winner of the promotion will be determined in January 2026.

• The location, date and time of the drawing will be communicated to the Participants of the Promotion additionally by posting information on the website and social networks and/or via SMS messaging.

• The date, time and place of determining the winner of the promotion may be changed byCompanies.

• The winner is determined using an online random number generator from the entire range of ID codes of participants who have fulfilled the conditions of the promotion.

• The winners will be determined live using a randomizer.

• The prize drawing process is monitored by an Independent Commission.

• The Independent Commission is responsible for attending the process of determining the winners of the promotion and overseeing the transparent implementation of this process. Should facts and/or doubts arise regarding the transparency of the winners' determination, members of the Independent Commission have the right to suspend the process and demand its resumption after the causes and facts that undermine the transparency of the process have been eliminated.

• The Company shall inform the subscriber – the winner of the Promotion within 5 (five) business days from the date of determining the winner.

PROCEDURE, TIME, PLACE AND CONDITIONS FOR THE WINNER'S PARTICIPATION IN THE DINNER WITH A STAR

1. The company undertakes to organize a dinner with the star in one of the restaurants in Tashkent within 30 calendar days from the date of the drawing.

2. The location, date and time of the dinner with the star will be communicated to the winner of the promotion in advance.

3. Before participating in the dinner, the winner of the promotion must also provide:

• original passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan

• information about the absence of family ties with company employees, as well as consent to photography and video filming.

• Subscription agreement between the Subscriber (Winner of the Promotion) and UMS LLC

4. The Winner's refusal to provide information and/or perform other legally significant actions, including the provision of required documents, shall be regarded as the Winner's refusal to participate in the dinner with the star.

5. Payment for the expenses for the dinner with the star is made by UMS LLC .

6. If the winner of the promotion does not reside in Tashkent, UMS LLC will not undertake any obligations to pay any expenses related to the Winner’s travel to Tashkent (travel to Tashkent and back, hotel accommodation, etc.).

7. If it is discovered that the applicant (winner of the Promotion) is related to persons who are in employment relationships with UMS LLC, or who have concluded civil-law contracts with UMS LLC, or if it is discovered that false information has been provided, the dinner with the star will not be held.

8. The company reserves the right to cancel the results of the promotion in the following cases:

• Identification of the Winner’s non-compliance with the conditions of participation in the Promotion;

• Refusal or failure to provide the necessary documents listed in paragraph 4 of these Rules on time;

• Identification of information about the provision of false information by the Winner in the documents listed in paragraph 4 of these Rules.

9. In the event of failure to claim or refusal for any reason by the Winners of the Promotion to receive the prize, the Company reserves the right to draw the prize again.

10. In case of cancellation of the results of the Promotion, the Company reserves the right to draw the prize again.

11. UMS LLC does not undertake any obligation to pay a monetary amount equivalent to the cost of the dinner.

12. UMS LLC reserves the right to refuse the Winner the prize if the Winner fails to comply with all the requirements and conditions of these Rules .

13. UMS LLC is not responsible for:

• the inability of participants to access information about the winner's winning ID posted on the mobi.uz website ;

• ID code being blocked at the time of the call and/or SMS mailing.

• failure to receive/late receipt of information/documents required to receive the prize, due to the fault of the participants themselves or for other reasons;

• failure to fulfill (late fulfillment) by the Promotion participants of the obligations stipulated by the Rules for receiving the prize ;

• inability to fulfill one's obligations to organize a dinner with the participation of the winner due to the fault of third parties and/or force majeure circumstances.

NOTES

• By participating in the promotion and providing their personal and contact information, the Participant grants the Company the right and their consent (permission) to send advertising mailings to the Participant's personal contact addresses (to their subscriber number), including on social media sites, in any form not prohibited - calls, photos, videos, text messages, without obtaining additional consent from the participants and without paying them any remuneration for this.

• Participants of the Promotion are obliged to perform all actions related to participation in the Promotion and receiving the prize within the timeframes established by this Document.

• UMS LLC is obliged to determine the winners of the Promotion and provide them with a prize, in accordance with the terms and conditions established by these Rules.

• UMS LLC reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with participants of the Promotion, except in cases specified in this Document or based on the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• By participating in the Promotion, the participant confirms that he/she has fully read and agrees with the Definitions, Terms, Conditions and Notes of the Promotion, as well as with the Procedure for receiving the prize.

• UMS LLC reserves the right to amend and supplement the Promotion rules. In the event of changes to the Promotion terms, UMS LLC undertakes to post the relevant information on the official mobi.u z website .

• In case of early termination of the Promotion, UMS LLC undertakes to publish a corresponding message on the official website mobi.uz.
