To send a short message, follow the instructions on your mobile phone. It is better to specify the recipient’s phone number in the full international format, as it is determined for
incoming calls:
+998 (city code) (subscriber’s number).
For example, to send an SMS message to a Mobiuz subscriber, enter

The message can be transmitted in various encodings. The vast majority of devices support the English alphabet. The maximum message size in this alphabet is 160 characters. Modern devices support emnicode encoding, which also includes Cyrillic characters. However, this encoding is more «voracious», and one message can hold no more than 70 characters. If the message contains at least one Cyrillic character, the entire message from the device will be sent in emnicode encoding.
Almost all modern phones allow you to create messages longer than 160 characters in Latin or 70 characters in Cyrillic, but when transmitting it, it will be divided into several messages of 160 or 70 characters, respectively. And you will get a bill for a few messages.
SMS packs
The «SMS packs» service allows subscribers to connect SMS packs to their numbers at favorable prices. «SMS packs» include a different number of SMS messages that can be used to send messages to subscribers of mobile communication companies in Uzbekistan.
There are 2 «SMS packs» available for activation:

The pack price is deducted upon activation.
In order to find out about the remaining number of messages in the activated «SMS pack», you need to send the USSD command: 104 or send an SMS message with the number 3 to the number 616018.
Notes:
- International outgoing SMS messages and SMS requests for the services of content providers are charged at the rates established for them.
- The corresponding volume of SMS messages can be used within 30 calendar days from the date of activation of the pack, regardless of the period when the subscriber is temporarily blocked during this period.
- Activation of SMS packs is possible, provided that after activating the package, the subscriber’s account must be at least 42.10 sum.
- The time interval between purchases of packs must be at least 10 minutes.
- The volume of all purchased packs is summed up, and the period of use is extended until the end of the last purchased package and is 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The service is available for subscribers — individuals and legal entities served on all tariff plans.
- Packs are valid only when the subscriber is located in the network of UMS LLC in Uzbekistan and for sending only to subscribers of mobile operators in Uzbekistan.
- Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
