«Emergency Assistance» is a service within the Mobiuz mobile app, developed in collaboration with the Security Department of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It allows you to quickly send an SOS signal and receive assistance from security personnel in an emergency.
How does the service work?
If your life or safety is threatened, simply open the Mobiuz mobile app and send an SOS signal. The system will automatically transmit the necessary data—including your location—to the Security Department of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, allowing the nearest patrol to be dispatched to the scene as quickly as possible.
Once your request is received, you can track its status directly in the mobile app and receive information about the assigned crew and their estimated time of arrival.

Who can use this service?
This service is available to Mobiuz subscribers—individuals using personal tariffs.
To use the service, you must:

be a registered user of the Mobiuz mobile app;

have an active Mobiuz number;

have sufficient balance to pay for the service;

grant the app access to your device’s location.
Cost and validity period

Currently, the service is available as a one-time purchase.

The cost of the service is 80 000 UZS.

After successful payment, the service is valid for 1 hour.

During this time, the user can send an SOS signal once.

After sending the signal or once one hour has elapsed, the service automatically expires. To use it again, you must reactivate the service.
How do I use this service?

Open the Mobiuz mobile app and go to the «Emergency Assistance» section.

Grant the app access to your location.

Activate the service.

If necessary, select who needs help—you or someone else.

Fill in the required information and confirm your consent to the processing of personal data.

Tap the «Send SOS» button.
Once the signal is sent, the request will be forwarded to the Security Department of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to organize an immediate response.
