The «Voicemail NEW» service allows subscribers to receive, store, and listen to voice messages from callers if they are unable to answer an incoming call.
Cost: 300 UZS per day, including VAT (the cost is debited from the account of the subscriber who has connected the service)
The service provides the called subscriber with the opportunity to receive a voice message from the calling subscriber in the following cases:

If the called subscriber does not answer.

If the called subscriber's phone is switched off or is out of network coverage.

If the called subscriber's phone is busy.

If the called subscriber rejected the call.
When the service is activated, a profile and voicemail box are automatically created for the subscriber upon sending the first voice message.
The called subscriber is notified of the arrival of a voicemail message by sending an SMS message from the alphanumeric number «VoiceMail». Subscribers can access their profile and voicemail by calling the short service number 6757 (IVR) contained in the SMS notification.
Calls to listen to voice messages via short number 6757 (IVR) are free of charge.
Procedure for connecting/disconnecting the service:
The subscriber has the ability to independently activate and deactivate this service.

Service availability
- For subscribers connected to tariffs for individuals.
- Subscribers connected to tariffs for legal entities can leave a voicemail message for subscribers with the «Voicemail NEW» service connected; in this case, the message is not charged and is free for the calling subscriber.
- When you activate the «You have been called» service, the subscriber’s «Voicemail NEW» service is automatically deactivated.
- When connecting to the «Voicemail NEW» service, the subscriber's «Voicemail for all» service is automatically disabled.
- Subscribers with the «You have been called» service can leave a voicemail message for subscribers with the «Voicemail NEW» service. The message is free of charge and is sent to the caller.
Notes
- The maximum recording duration of one voice message is 60 seconds.
- The maximum number of voice messages that can be stored is 10. When the 11th or more messages are received, they will be deleted starting from the 1st.
- The maximum storage duration for all messages is 72 hours.
- Recording of a voice message begins after the answering machine signal and is free for the caller.
- The service is available only within the «UMS» LLC network.
- The service is connected when there are sufficient funds for connection.
- Prices include VAT.
- The service is provided by OOO «Telecom Lab».
If the subscriber has the «Call forwarding» service active, when connecting the «Voicemail NEW» service, the system automatically disables the «Call forwarding» service.
If you need to activate the «Call forwarding» service and the subscriber already has the «Voicemail NEW» service active, you must first deactivate the «Voicemail NEW» service.
