Re-registration of a number

The «Number Re-Registration»  service is intended for re-registering a number from one individual to another.

• The service is available only in Mobiuz offices.
• Re-registration of a number is carried out in the presence of the current and new subscribers (or a representative with a power of attorney from an individual of the current subscriber).
• Both the current and new owner of the number must have an identity document with them.

Cost of the service

• The cost of the service is 25 000 UZS.
• The cost of the service is paid by the new owner of the number (the one to whom the number is being re-registered)
• The cost of the service is included in the initial advance payment when concluding a new contract.
• The cost of the service is charged once from the balance of the new owner of the subscriber number.
• If the cost of the service is not paid by the subscriber (individual) within 3 calendar days from the date of renewal, the Company has the right to unilaterally terminate the subscriber number and then put this number on sale.
• All prices include taxes.

Service availability

The service is NOT provided in the following cases:

• The service is not available for a ported number (MNP) from another operator.
• If there is a debt (negative balance) on the subscriber number that is being re-registered.
• If there is a debt (negative balance) on any of the existing subscriber numbers of the current or new owners.
• If the number being re-registered and/or any of the existing numbers of the current or new owner are used in GSM gateways.
• If the amount of the initial advance payment is not paid in full by the current owner (by an individual within 3 calendar days from the date of connection);
• If the new owner does not have PINFL.
• If the current subscriber has not paid the total cost of the special category number connected with the «Special category number in installments» service.
• If less than 90 calendar days have passed since the «Number Recovery» service was activated.  

Re-registration in case of subscriber's death

In the event of the subscriber's death, the re-registration is carried out in the name of one of the deceased's close relatives (father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister) upon provision of the necessary documents:

• death certificate (original document);
• a copy of the death registration certificate issued by the Unified Portal of Interactive State Services; 
• a document confirming relationship with the deceased (birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.).
• When re-registering due to death, the relative of the deceased pays only the cost of the "Number Re-registration" service (25 000 UZS).

Re-registration for special category numbers

• If a special category number is reissued, the new owner pays the cost of the «Number Reissuance» service and the cost of the special category number (according to Table 1)
• If a special category number was registered to the current owner with a discount on the connection cost as part of a promotion with discounts on special category numbers, then the connection of this number to the new owner is carried out according to the cost in the part of the «Number Re-registration» service (according to Table 1)
• If the re-registration of a special category number to a new owner is carried out during the period of any promotions with discounts on special category numbers (except for the «Super discounts on beautiful numbers» promotion), then the connection of this number to the new owner is carried out according to the cost in the part of the «Number re-registration» service (according to Table 1)
• When re-registering, the «Special category number in installments» service is not activated.
