- Limits upon reaching the 3 TB threshold are issued and renewed monthly
- When you reconnect to the tariff, the subscription fee (SF) is charged in full for one calendar year – 1 190 000 UZS - after replenishing the account.
- The Mobi Home tariff includes a ZTE G5C router upon activation and is available to new subscribers only at the company's own (main) offices located in Tashkent, Andijan, Namangan, Fergana, and Kokand.
- Calls are charged per minute.
- All outgoing calls are charged per second and rounded up to the nearest minute.
- Data traffic rounding quantum 1KB.
- When changing the tariff, the limits of the new tariff are used.
- Connection of other types of data packs and «Night DRIVE» services to the tariff is not available.
- As part of the tariff, you can take part in the «MobiWin 2.0» promotion and activate the special promo pack «MobiWin 5 Gb for 40 000 UZS» to double your chances in the promotion.
- Unlim data access with a speed limit of 3 TB is provided (as part of the annual subscription fee and monthly subscription ) for one calendar month. The tariff's counters (unlim) are updated on the subscription date for the first year from the subscriber's activation date. After one year, the tariff's counters (unlim) are updated upon debiting the subscription fee (100 000 UZS). If a subscriber lacks the funds to pay the monthly fee, they are blocked due to insufficient funds until their balance is topped up with the monthly fee for the tariff. The monthly fee for the tariff is debited once the account is topped up.
- Data billing is at zero cost.
- When switching from the tariff «Mobi Home», Unlim data bills are not transferred and are not combined with the new tariff's counters.
- When the balance reaches zero or negative, the number is blocked due to insufficient funds, during which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS messages, in accordance with the terms of the Public offer.
- If the subscription fee debit date is shifted after 12 months, the limit renewal date also changes to the subscription fee debit date.
- The Restart service is available after one calendar year from the date of connection to the tariff.
- In case of early termination of the subscriber agreement or in case of switching to another tariff at the initiative of the subscriber for any reason, the subscription fee is not subject to refund/recalculation. The Operator does not offer redemption of G5C routers.
- In «Mobi Home» tariff «Gap Ko’p», «Exchange minutes for MB» services are not available.
- In «Mobi Home» tariff Voice and SMS packs are unavailable.
- In «Mobi Home» tariff the following services are unavailable to activate Unlim «Premium», Unlim «YouTube», Unlim "Business", Unlim "Messengers", Unlim " Social networks ", Unlim MIX, as well as 5G data packs.
- In «Mobi Home» tariff does not participate in the «Qo‘shimcha!» promotion.
- In «Mobi Home» tariff does not participate in the «Chiroyli raqamlarga aksiya» promotion.
- In «Mobi Home» tariff the «Annual Subscription Fee» service is not available.
- The «number re-registration» service is not available for the «Mobi Home» tariff (re-registration of a number from/to the tariff «Mobi Home» unavailable).
- Tariff «Mobi Home» is not available for connection for foreign citizens without a PINFL.
- After connecting to the tariff «Mobi Home» the device becomes the property of the subscriber who has signed up for the connection.

1.1. Company – OOO «Universal Mobile Systems», Mobiuz.
1.2. Device model (device) – ZTE G5C router.
1.3. Defective goods – goods of inadequate quality that cannot be used for their intended purpose and/or have defects.
1.4. 4 Supplier – an organization, enterprise or institution supplying the Company’s goods.
1.5. ASC – authorized ZTE service center.
1.6. CO – own office (Own sales office of the Company OOO «Universal Mobile Systems»).
1.7. Warranty period - the period during which the Client, upon detection of deficiencies or defects in the purchased goods, has the right to make claims to the seller related to the quality of the goods, in one calendar year from the date of connection to the tariff.
2.1. The warranty period for the device model is established by the Supplier specified in the warranty card or other accompanying document to the device.
2.2. Warranty repairs, elimination of defects (deficiencies) of the device during the warranty period are carried out by the forces and means of the ASC.
2.3. In the event of failure of the device during the warranty period, the operator has the right to free elimination of all faults arising due to the fault of the manufacturer (subject to compliance with the requirements of the operating instructions for the device).
2.4. The warranty period for the goods begins on the date of connection to the tariff «Mobi Home».
2.5. If a defect is discovered in the device, the user must contact an Authorized Service Center (ASC) on their own. If necessary, a list of ASCs will be provided to the user by the head of the own office or a sales consultant at the Company’s sales office.
2.6. If the device is repairable, the Authorized Service Center will fix all defects. The user’s refusal to have the device repaired does not constitute grounds for returning the device.
2.7. The period for correcting defects under warranty is up to 30 days from the moment the device is handed over to the ASC.
3.1. Devices of satisfactory quality that are unsuitable for the user solely due to color, shape, or other parameters unrelated to the device’s quality are not eligible for return or exchange.
3.2. Devices with a warranty card may only be returned for service, either as an exchange or as part of a service agreement with the Supplier's Service Center. A full refund and/or recalculation is not provided.
3.3. A user who has received a device of unsatisfactory quality has the right to request a replacement with a device of the same or a similar model.
3.4. The Company will not accept the device back and is not responsible for devices left in the office. Devices will be accepted and serviced only at the Service Center.
3.5. Defective devices may be exchanged within 30 days.
