  Who is it intended for:

  
  

  • low-income citizens;

  • pensioners;

  • citizens who have reached retirement age;

  • citizens with the right to a pension regardless of age;

  • citizens with a preferential reduction in retirement age (by 5 or 10 years).

  
  

  Documents for activation and maintenance:

  
  

  • Low-income families: identity document + certificate from the Unified register of social protection ( government services portal ).

  • Pensioners and persons entitled to a pension: an identity document + a certificate from the Pension fund or an electronic certificate from the my.gov.uz portal or a notification of pension assignment.

  • Those who have reached retirement age: an identity document; if a pension certificate is not available, connection is possible by verifying age against the date of birth indicated in the identity document.

  
  

  Basic terms of use:

  
  

  • «Mehribon» tariff allows one connection per individual.

  • Calls are charged per minute.

  • All outgoing calls are charged per second and rounded up to the nearest minute.

  • Data traffic rounding quantum 1 KB.

  • When you reconnect to a tariff, the subscription fee is debited in full immediately after topping up your account.

  • The subscription fee is written off monthly on the day of the first activation, provided that the subscriber's balance is sufficient to write off the full amount of the subscription fee.

  • If there are insufficient funds to cover the monthly fee, the subscriber is placed on a funds hold until the account is replenished with the monthly fee. Once the account is replenished with the monthly fee, the funds hold is lifted. The monthly fee is debited immediately after the account is replenished.

  • When the balance reaches zero or negative, the number is blocked due to insufficient funds, during which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the «On Call» service.

  • Subscription fee is not charged in a blocked state.

  • When the subscription fee is written off, the meters are issued in full for 1 calendar month.

  • When you sign up for a new subscription to this tariff, the subscription fee is debited immediately, and the minute, MB, and SMS packs included in the subscription fee are credited in full.

  • The cost of switching from/to the «Mehribon» tariff is 0 UZS .

  • Unused minutes, megabytes and SMS from the previous tariff are transferred and added to similar packs of the tariff to which the subscriber has switched;

  • The validity period of the combined packs is 1 calendar month from the date of transition;

  • The following are not transferred from the previous tariff: unlimited minutes, night Data packs, unlimited access to services or resources;

  • «Mehribon» tariff, the «Gap Ko‘p» service is available.
