Conditions:
- From 06/07/2023 connection and transitions to the Mobi 20 Yillik tariff are not available
- Prices include all taxes.
- Billing is per minute. All outgoing calls are charged from 1 sec. And they are rounded up to the nearest minute.
- The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes
- Data traffic rounding quantum 1KB
- When making a new connection or switching to the “Mobi 20 Yillik” tariff, the included packs of minutes, megabytes and SMS are provided in full monthly on the date corresponding to the date of transition/connection within the next 12 months after the annual subscription fee is written off.
- The Gap Ko'p service is available on the Mobi 20 Yillik tariff. Connection cost is 10,000 UZS.
- On the “Mobi 20 Yillik” tariff , the Conference call service is available
- The subscription fee for this tariff is charged once a year in full.
- If the subscription agreement is terminated before the expiration of 12 months, the charged subscription fee is not adjusted and is not refunded; minutes, megabytes and SMS issued under the terms of this tariff are cancelled;
- Packs of 2000 minutes, 2000 MB and 2000 SMS are provided monthly on the date corresponding to the date of transition/connection within the next 12 months after the annual AP is written off.
- When switching to another tariff from the “Mobi 20 Yillik” tariff, the minutes, MB, SMS issued included in the tariff are transferred and summed up
- The packs of minutes and MB SMS included in the tariff are not transferred to the next month.
- Mobile communication services are available in full only with a positive balance.
- When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and the Data are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service.
- 2000 minutes according to the tariff are provided for making calls within the Republic of Uzbekistan (to subscribers of all mobile operators in Uzbekistan and to landline numbers);
- If at the time the subscription fee is charged, the subscriber’s balance is less than the amount of the full subscription fee at the rate of 200,000 UZS, then the number is blocked due to insufficient funds, in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “In touch” service.
- If a number is subject to forced blocking, the subscriber must top up the balance to an amount greater than the full subscription fee. In this case, immediately after replenishing the balance, the subscription fee is debited in full (200,000 UZS).
- If the subscriber paid the subscription fee according to the tariff for the second year, not on the day the subscription fee was written off, but after a certain period, for example, after a month, then:
- the subscription fee for the tariff is paid in full according to the terms of the tariff of 200,000 UZS;
- The period for charging the subscription fee is shifted and set according to the date of release from the blocking and payment for the subscription fee;
- Tariff "Mobi 20 Annual" is available for connection to foreign citizens, if they have a PINFL.
- The Central Asia zone includes calls to the following directions: Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan
- The CIS zone includes calls to the following directions: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine
- The Europe zone includes calls to the following destinations: Austria, Albania, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vatican City, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Israel, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Finland, France, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia.
