    “Prohibition of switching to daily subscription fee”
  • Conditions:
    • From 06/07/2023 connection and transitions to the Mobi 25 tariff are not available.
    • Calls are charged per minute.
    • The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes
    • All outgoing calls are charged from 1 sec. And rounded up to the nearest minute.
    • Data traffic rounding quantum 1KB
    • From December 30, 2022, when connecting to a tariff, the subscriber will be charged a one-time fee for the “Providing access to the network” service in the amount of 7,000 UZS.
    • When connecting to a tariff, the subscriber is connected to a bonus Data pack of 1000 Mb for 10 days.
    • Priority of traffic consumption if a subscriber has more than one type of pack:
    • Traffic within the bonus pack 1000 MB upon connection; Daily Data pack -> Traffic within the tariff -> traffic within the OnNet service -> monthly Data pack>
    • On the “Mobi 25” tariff, the “Gap ko'p” service is available. Connection cost is 10,000 UZS.
    • When making a new connection or switching to this tariff, the subscription fee is charged immediately, the accrual of packs of minutes, MB and SMS included in the subscription fee are issued in full;
    • To switch to this tariff, the subscriber’s balance must be at least 29,210.35 UZS (taking into account the cost of changing the tariff in the amount of 4,210.35 UZS) or 35,000 UZS (taking into account the cost of changing the tariff in the amount of 10,000 UZS). Transfer if the balance is less than the amounts indicated above is not available.
    • The cost of switching from/to the “Mobi 25” tariff from/to tariffs: Veteran, Together with Mobiuz – 0 UZS.
    • The cost of switching to the "Mobi 25" tariff from tariffs wh ere the subscription fee is higher - 10,000 UZS
    • The cost of switching to the "Mobi 25" tariff from tariffs wh ere the subscription fee is lower is 4210.35 UZS
    • The cost of switching to the Chilla Lite+, Mobi 20, Mobi 16, GAP yo'q Mini tariffs is 20,000 UZS.
    • When you change your tariff, unused minutes, megabytes and SMS messages  are transferred and totaled .
    • When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and the Data are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service.
    • There is no subscription fee when blocked;
    • In the monthly write-off mode, subscription fee meters are issued in full for 1 calendar month.
    • If at the time the subscription fee is charged, there are not enough funds on the subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, but enough to charge the daily subscription fee, the subscriber’s charge-off and counters switch to daily mode. The subscription fee will be charged by 1 day.
    • In the daily subscription fee debiting mode, counters are issued in the amount set for 1 day of minutes, MB, and SMS.
    • If at the time the subscription fee is charged, there are not enough funds on the subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly and daily subscription fee, the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds, the connection of which is notified via SMS. The subscriber is blocked until the balance is replenished in an amount sufficient to charge the subscription fee according to the tariff (monthly or daily). The subscription fee is debited immediately after the account is topped up.
    • If at the time of replenishing the balance the subscriber is on  a daily debit , then the following rules for charging the subscription fee apply:
    • a) The subscriber is blocked  and replenishes the balance to an amount greater than 0 UZS and less than 25,000 UZS( less than the full monthly subscription fee ):
    • Example 1:  The subscriber is blocked (blocked due to insufficient funds, or partial blocked) on January 15. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 5000 UZS. The number is activated, the balance is 4,800 UZS(-200 UZS to pay off the debt). Immediately after replenishment, the daily subscription fee for the “MOBI 25” tariff for the current day is charged. Daily packs of minutes, MB, SMS are available until the end of the current day. Switching to monthly debiting does NOT occur, because... the amount on the balance is less than 25,000 UZS.
    • b) The subscriber is blocked  and replenishes the balance to 25,000 UZS or more ( equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):
    • Example 2:  A subscriber was blocked on January 10 with a balance of -200 UZS. The subscription fee for the tariff is set to be written off on January 15. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 26,000 UZS. The number is activated, the balance is 25,800 UZS (-200 UZS to pay off the debt). After replenishing the balance, the full subscription fee for the tariff is charged. After debiting, the subscriber's balance is 800 UZS. When written off, tariff meters are issued in full for a period of 1 calendar month. The next write-off deadline is set for February 15.  
    • c) The subscriber  is active, is on daily debit and replenishes the balance to 25,000 UZS or more ( equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):
    • Example 3:  On January 15th, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5,000 UZS. The daily subscription fee for the tariff has already been charged after 0:00. On January 15 at 17:00 the subscriber replenishes the balance in the amount of 30,000 UZS. The total balance is 35,000 UZS. After replenishing the balance, the subscriber switches to monthly debiting and the subscription fee is immediately debited. After debiting, the subscriber’s balance is 10,000 UZS. Balances of counters for January 15 are summed up with monthly packs of 3500 minutes, 3500 MB, 3500 SMS. The next subscription fee is charged on February 15th.
    • If at the time of replenishing the balance the subscriber is on  a monthly debit , then the following rules for charging the subscription fee apply:

      The subscriber  is active, is on a monthly debit and replenishes the balance to 25,000 UZS or more (equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee):
    Example 4:  On January 15th, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5,000 UZS. The next subscription fee charge is set for January 16. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 30,000 UZS. The total balance is 35,000 UZS. The write-off remains monthly. After 00:00 on the 16th, 1 subscription fee will be charged - for a full month. Monthly packs of 3500 minutes, 3500 MB, 3500 SMS are available. The next subscription fee will be charged on February 16th.


    • During the period of validity of the “Annual subscription fee” Option, the subscriber switches to the status of annual debiting.

    The “Annual subscription fee” option can be activated when connecting a subscriber number, at the time of registration to the network, as well as when an existing subscriber contacts the Mobiuz office or contact center.

    When the option is activated, an annual billing period for charging the subscription fee is established. The cost of activating the option is 250,000 UZS with a validity period of 350 days fr om the date of activation.

    Meters according to the tariff are issued monthly in full, regardless of the subscriber’s condition.

    For an existing subscriber, the option is not activated if there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s balance at the time of debiting.

    The option can be activated again after the previously activated option has expired.

    If you change the tariff or terminate the subscription agreement before the expiration of 350 days from the date of activation, the cost of activating the option is not subject to return or recalculation.


    • Tariff "Mobi 25" is available for connection to foreign citizens without PINFL. A SIM card of a foreign citizen without PINFL is active for 90 days from the date of activation.
    • To extend the validity of a SIM card, the subscriber must provide a PINFL (personal identification number of an individual) before the expiration of 90 days.  
    • After the subscriber provides the PINFL, the employee, based on the application and identification card, enters the PINFL data into the subscriber’s card. 
    • In cases wh ere the subscriber expresses a desire to use the number after termination of the contract, the number is restored in accordance with the terms of the “Number Restoration” service.
    • In this case, the subscriber must present his PINFL.           
    • During the period of provision of services to foreign citizens who do not have a PINFL, roaming services are not available.
    • The Central Asia zone includes calls to the following directions: Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan
    • The CIS zone includes calls to the following directions: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.         
    • The Europe zone includes calls to the following destinations: Austria, Albania, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vatican City, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Israel, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Finland, France, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia.
