    “Prohibition of switching to daily subscription fee”
  • Conditions:
    • From 06/07/2023 connection and transitions to the Mobi 30+ tariff are not available.
    • Calls are charged per minute.
    • The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes
    • All outgoing calls are charged from 1 sec. And rounded up to the nearest minute.
    • Data traffic rounding quantum 1KB
    • The cost of switching from the “Mobi 30+” tariff to the following tariff: Veteran, Together with Mobiuz – 0.
    • The cost of switching to the tariff - Teacher 1, Fidokor - 10,000 UZS
    • The cost of transition to the tariff - Teacher 2, Fidokor+, Gap yo'q, Gap yo'q Pro - 4210.35 rubles.
    • When you change your tariff , unused minutes, megabytes and SMS messages are transferred and totaled.
    • When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and the Data are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service. 
    • Subscription feeis not charged in a blocked state;
    • The subscription fee is charged monthly on the day of first activation, provided that the subscriber's balance is sufficient to charge the full amount of the subscription fee (35,000 UZS per month).
    • In the monthly subscription fee charging mode, meters are issued in full for 1 calendar month ( Unlim minutes in Uzbekistan , 25,000 MB of Data  , 2,000 SMS ) .
    • If, by the time the subscription fee is charged, there are not enough funds to withdraw the full subscription fee for the month, the daily subscription fee withdrawal mode is activated in the amount of 1,750 UZS per day from the existing funds in the subscriber’s account. The subscription fee write-off date is moved forward by 1 day.
    • In the daily subscription fee charging mode, meters are issued in the amount established for 1 day ( Unlim minutes in Uzbekistan , 833 MB of Data  , 67 SMS ).
    • If at the time the subscription fee is charged, there are not enough funds on the subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, but enough to charge the daily subscription fee, the subscriber’s charge-off and counters are switched to the daily mode. The subscription fee will be charged by 1 day.
    • If at the time the subscription fee is charged, there are not enough funds on the subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly and daily subscription fee, the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds, the connection of which is notified via SMS. The subscriber is blocked until the balance is replenished in an amount sufficient to charge the subscription fee according to the tariff (monthly or daily). The subscription fee is debited immediately after the account is topped up.

    If at the time of replenishing the balance the subscriber is on  a daily debit , then the following rules for charging the subscription fee apply:

    a) The subscriber is  blocked  and replenishes the balance to an amount greater than 0 UZSand less than 35,000 UZS( less than the full monthly subscription fee ):

    Example 1:  The subscriber is blocked (blocked due to insufficient funds, or partial blocked) on January 15. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 5000 UZS. The number is activated, the balance is 4,800 UZS(-200 UZSto pay off the debt). Immediately after replenishment, the daily subscription fee for the “MOBI 30+” tariff for the current day is charged. Daily packs of minutes, MB, SMS are available until the end of the current day. Switching to monthly debiting does NOT occur, because... the amount on the balance is less than 35,000 UZS.


    b) The subscriber is  blocked  and replenishes the balance to 35,000 UZS or more ( equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):

    Example 2:  A subscriber was blocked on January 10 with a balance of -200 UZS. The subscription fee for the tariff is set to be written off on January 15. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 40,000 UZS. The number is activated, the balance is 39,800 UZS (-200 UZS to pay off the debt). After replenishing the balance, the full subscription fee for the tariff is charged. After debiting, the subscriber’s balance is 4,800 UZS. When written off, tariff meters are issued in full for a period of 1 calendar month. The next write-off deadline is set for February 15.  

    c) The subscriber  is active, is on daily debit  and replenishes the balance to 35,000 UZSor more ( equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):
    Example 3:  On January 15th, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5,000 UZS. The daily subscription fee for the tariff has already been charged after 0:00. On January 15 at 17:00 the subscriber tops up the balance in the amount of 35,000 UZS. The total balance is 40,000 UZS. After replenishing the balance, the subscriber switches to monthly debiting and the subscription fee is immediately debited. After debiting, the subscriber’s balance is 5000 UZS. The balances of the counters for January 15 are summed up with the monthly packs of Unlim minutes, 25,000 MB, 2,000 SMS. The next subscription fee is charged on February 15th.

    If at the time of replenishing the balance the subscriber  is on a monthly debit , then the following rules for charging the subscription fee apply:

    The subscriber is active,  is on a monthly debit  and replenishes the balance to 35,000 UZSor more ( equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):
    Example 4:  On January 15th, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5,000 UZS. The next subscription fee charge is set for January 16. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 35,000 UZS. The total balance is 40,000 UZS. The write-off remains monthly. After 00:00 on the 16th, 1 subscription fee will be charged - for the full month, 5,000 UZS will remain on the balance. Monthly packs of Unlim minutes, 25,000 MB, 2000 SMS are available. The next subscription fee will be charged on February 16th.


    • During the period of validity of the “Annual subscription fee” Option, the subscriber switches to the status of annual debiting.
    • The “Annual subscription fee” option can be activated when connecting a subscriber number, at the time of registration to the network, as well as when an existing subscriber contacts the Mobiuz office or contact center.
    • When the option is activated, an annual billing period for charging the subscription fee is established. The cost of activating the option is 350,000 UZS with a validity period of 350 days from the date of activation.
    • Meters according to the tariff are issued monthly in full, regardless of the subscriber’s condition.
    • For an existing subscriber, the option is not activated if there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s balance at the time of debiting.
    • The option can be activated again after the previously activated option has expired.
    • If you change the tariff or terminate the subscription agreement before the expiration of 350 days from the date of activation, the cost of activating the option is not subject to return or recalculation.
