Conditions
- From 07.06.2023 connection and transitions to tariff «Mobi 30+» are not available.
- Calls are charged per minute.
- Maximum duration of a single voice call is 60 minutes.
- All outgoing calls are charged from 1 sec. and rounded up to minutes.
- Data traffic rounding quantum is 1KB.
- The cost of migration from the tariff «Mobi 30+» to the tariffs: «Veteran», «Together with Mobiuz» – 0 UZS.
- Cost of switching to tariffs – «O'qituvchi 1», «Fidokor» – 10000 UZS.
- Cost of switching to tariffs – «O'qituvchi 2», «Fidokor+», «Gap yo'q», «Gap yo'q Pro» – 4210,35 UZS.
- When changing the tariff, unused minutes, MB and SMS messages are transferred and summed up.
- When the balance reaches zero or negative, the number is put into partial blocking (in partial blocking outgoing minutes, SMS and Data are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms and conditions of «On Call» service.
- The subscription fee is not charged in the blocked state.
- Subscription fee is debited monthly on the day of first activation, provided that the subscriber's balance is sufficient to charge the full amount of the subscription fee (40 000 UZS per month).
- In the monthly subscription fee write-off mode, the meters are issued in full for 1 calendar month (Unlim minutes within Uzbekistan, 30 000 MB of Data, 2 000 SMS).
- If there are not enough funds to withdraw the full subscription fee for a month by the moment of subscriber fee debiting, the mode of daily subscription fee withdrawal is activated in the amount of 2000 UZS per day from the existing funds on the subscriber's account. The date of subscription fee debiting is moved by 1 day.
- In the mode of daily subscription fee debiting, meters are issued in the amount set for 1 day (Unlim minutes within Uzbekistan, 1000 MB of Data, 67 SMS).
- If by the moment of subscriber fee debiting the subscriber's balance is insufficient for monthly fee debiting, but sufficient for daily fee debiting, subscriber's debiting and counters are switched to daily mode. The subscriber fee debiting is shifted by 1 day.
- If by the moment of subscriber fee debiting there are not enough funds on the subscriber's balance to debit monthly and daily subscription fee, the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds and is notified about its activation by SMS. The subscriber is blocked until the balance is replenished with the amount sufficient to debit the monthly or daily subscription fee according to the tariff. The subscription fee is debited immediately after the top-up.
If the subscriber is on daily charge at the time of top-up, the following rules for debiting the subscription fee apply:
a) Subscriber is in lockout and refills the balance to an amount greater than 0 UZS and less than 35 000 UZS (less than the full monthly subscription fee):
Example 1: Subscriber is in blocking (blocking due to insufficient funds or partial blocking) on January 15. On January 15 at 12:00 he/she refills the balance for the amount of 5000 UZS. The number is activated, the balance is 4 800 UZS (-200 UZS for debt repayment). Immediately after the top-up the daily subscription fee for the tariff «MOBI 30+» for the current day is charged. Daily packs of minutes, MB, SMS are available until the end of the current day. Switching to monthly debiting does NOT take place, as the balance is less than 35,000 UZS.
b) The subscriber is blocked and replenishes the balance up to 40,000 UZS or more (equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee):
Example 2: A subscriber is blocked on January 10 with a balance of -200 UZS. The subscriber's tariff fee is set to be charged on January 15. On January 15 at 12:00 he tops up the balance to the amount of 40 000 UZS. The number is activated, the balance is equal to UZS 39 800 (-200 UZS for debt repayment). After the balance is replenished, the full subscription fee for the tariff is written off. After writing off, the subscriber's balance is 4,800 UZS. Upon writing off the full tariff fee is issued for a period of 1 calendar month. The term of the next write-off is set for February 15.
c) The subscriber is active, on daily charge and topping up to 40 000 UZS or more (equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee):
Example 3: On January 15, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5 000 UZS. The daily subscription fee for the tariff has already been debited after 0:00. On January 15 at 17:00 the subscriber tops up the balance in the amount of 35 000 UZS. The total balance is 40 000 UZS. After replenishment of the balance the subscriber switches to monthly debit and the subscriber fee is written off immediately. After writing off the subscriber's balance is 5 000 UZS. The balance for January 15 is summarized with monthly packs of Unlim minutes, 25 000 MB, 2000 SMS. The next subscriber fee debiting is set for February 15.
If the subscriber is on monthly charge at the time of top-up, the following rules of subscriber fee debiting apply:
The subscriber is active, is on monthly charge and tops up the balance to 35 000 UZS or more (equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee):
Example 4: On January 15, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5 000 UZS. The next subscription fee debit is set for January 16. On January 15 at 12:00, the subscriber tops up the balance by 35 000 UZS. Total balance is 40 000 UZS. The debit remains monthly. After 00:00 on the 16th day 1 subscription fee will be debited - 5 000 UZS will remain on the balance for a full month. Monthly packs Unlim minutes, 25 000 MB, 2000 SMS are available. The next subscription fee will be written off on February 16.
- During the validity period of the «Annual subscription fee» Option, the subscriber will be placed in the annual debit status.
- The «Annual subscription fee» Option can be activated when subscriber's number is connected, at the moment of registration to the network, as well as when an existing subscriber contacts Mobiuz office or contact center.
- Upon activation of the option, the annual billing period of the subscription fee is set. The option activation cost is 350 000 UZS with a validity period of 350 days from the date of activation.
- The meters according to the tariff are issued monthly in full, regardless of the status of the subscriber.
- The option is not activated in case of insufficient funds on the subscriber's balance at the moment of debiting.
- The option can be reactivated after the expiration of the previous activated option.
- In case of changing the tariff or terminating the subscription agreement before 350 days from the date of activation, the cost of the option activation is not refundable and cannot be recalculated.
- The Central Asia zone includes calls to the following destinations: Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan
- The CIS zone includes calls to the following destinations: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.
