  • Conditions:
    • The initial advance payment when connecting to the “Terminal Annual” tariff plan is 120,000 soums, which are fully credited to the subscriber’s personal account.
    • Data traffic rounding quantum is 1KB.
    • On the “Terminal Annual” tariff plan, the “Gap ko'p” service is available. Connection cost is 10,000 sum.
    • The pack of included MB is provided (as part of the subscription fee for the TP) for a period of 1 calendar month. A new package is credited every first day of the month.
    • Transitions to the “Terminal annual” tariff plan are closed
    • When you change your tariff plan, unused minutes, megabytes and SMS messages are transferred and totaled.
    • When you sign up for a new subscription to the “Terminal annual” tariff plan, the included megabytes are charged in proportion to the number of remaining days in the current calendar month, then every first day for 12 months.
    • The subscription fee for this tariff plan is charged once a year in full;
    • When switching from this tariff plan to any other tariff plan or terminating the subscription agreement before the expiration of 12 months, the charged subscription fee is not adjusted or refunded;
    • 300 MB pack, provided for a period of 1 calendar month every month on the first day for 12 months;
    • Data pack included in the tariff are not carried over to the next month
    • Mobile communication services are available in full only with a positive balance
    • For the first year, the subscription fee is charged on the day of connection/payment.
    • For the 2nd and subsequent years, the date of withdrawal of the annual subscription fee is made after 00:00 on the 1st day of the month following the last month of the annual tariff plan, similar to the monthly tariff plan.
    • If, at the time the subscription fee is charged, the subscriber’s balance is less than the amount of the full subscription fee according to the tariff, then the number falls into partial blocking, in which the subscriber can receive SMS in accordance with the terms of the “In touch” service.
    • In this case, upon replenishment of the balance by the subscriber to an amount greater than the subscription fee - within 24 hours after replenishing the balance, the subscription fee is debited in full.
    • If a number is subject to forced blocking, the subscriber must top up the balance to an amount greater than the full subscription fee. In this case, within 24 hours after replenishing the balance, the subscription fee is debited in full.
    • If the subscriber paid the subscription fee for the second year, not on the day the subscription fee was written off, but after a certain period, for example, after a month, then:
    • subscription fee is entered in full according to the TP;
    • The write off period for the subscription fee remains unchanged, i.e. the month in which the write off for the second year should have occurred.
    • For example: a subscriber connected to an annual tariff plan on May 20, and paid in full for the subscription fee. The debit for the second year will be made at 00:00 on June 1, if the account was replenished on July 1, then the subscriber must pay the subscription fee in full according to the tariff plan. The next withdrawal of the subscription fee for the third year will remain unchanged at 00:00 on June 1.
    • Mobile communication services are available in full only with a positive balance.
    • When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and Internet are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service.
    • TP “Terminal Annual” is available for connection to foreign citizens, if they have a PINI.
