  • Conditions:
    • Billing of calls is per minute.
    • All outgoing calls are charged starting fr om 1 second and rounded up to minutes
    • The maximum duration of a one time voice call is 60 minutes
    • The rounding quantum of Data traffic is 1KB.
    • When you connect again or switch to a tariff plan, the subscription fee is debited in full immediately after you top up your account.
    • The subscription fee is debited monthly on the day of the first activation, provided that the subscriber's balance is sufficient to write off the full amount of the subscription fee (40,000 UZS per month).
    • In the monthly subscription fee debiting mode, counters are issued in full for 1 calendar month (Unlimited minutes in Uzbekistan, 15,000 MB, 2000 SMS).
    • If by the time the subscription fee is debited, there are not enough funds to withdraw the full subscription fee for a month, the daily subscription fee withdrawal mode is activated in the amount of 2,000 UZS per day, fr om the existing funds in the subscriber's account. The subscription fee debiting date is moved by 1 day.
    • In the daily subscription fee debiting mode, counters are issued in the amount set for 1 day (Unlimited minutes in Uzbekistan, 500 MB, 67 SMS).
    • Switching to the monthly subscription fee debiting mode occurs if the subscriber's account has enough money to write off the full subscription fee amount. The debiting date is moved by 1 calendar month.
    • If there is a shortage of funds to be debited for 1 day, the subscriber is blocked for insufficient funds and remains in it until the account is replenished in the amount of the subscription fee amount for a month or day. After adding funds to the account in the amount of the subscription fee amount for a month or day, the block for insufficient funds is removed. The subscription fee is debited immediately after adding funds to your account.
    • When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number is partially blocked (outgoing minutes, SMS and data are blocked in partial blocking), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the "In touch" service.
    • Subscription fee is not charged in the blocked state.
    • In case of a new connection or switching to this tariff plan, the subscription fee is debited immediately, after the account is replenished to a sufficient amount, according to the tariff plan price, the Mb and SMS pack included in the subscription fee are charged in full.
    • The "Xotirjam 40" tariff plan provides unlimited access to instant messengers and social networks: Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook messenger, Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki, WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, Zoom, LinkedIn (only in the official mobile app or in the official mobile version in the browser).
    • When using unlimited resources (instant messengers, social networks, etc.) Network) included in the tariff plan, through proxy servers, VPNs, intermediary sites, or using the phone in modem mode, the cost of traffic is paid in accordance with the terms of the tariff plan, or traffic is debited from the balance of the existing data pack provided to all destinations.
    • When using instant messengers and social networks, the data transfer rate is not limited.
    • If the subscriber number is blocked, access to instant messengers and social networks is not provided.
    • When switching from the "Xotirjam 40" tariff plan, unlimited access to instant messengers and social networks is removed. After changing the tariff, the use of instant messengers and social networks is charged according to the terms of the tariff that you switched to.
    • For the "Xotirjam 40" tariff plan, the options included in the "Unlimited" (except for those resources that are included in the tariff plan).
    • To switch to this tariff, the subscriber's balance must be at least 40,000 UZS (including the cost of changing the tariff plan in the amount of 0 UZS) or 55,000 UZS (including the cost of changing the tariff plan in the amount of 15,000 sum). The transfer is not available if the balance is less than the above amounts.
    • Switching to the "Xotirjam 40" tariff plan is only available through the Mobiuz mobile app.
    • Switching to the “Xotirjam 40” tariff plan is available only through the Mobiuz mobile application with the “Mobi 16”, “Mobi 20”, “Mobi 25”, “Chilla Lite+”, “Omad Plus”, “Jozibali”, “Xotirjam 25” tariff plans, “Mobi 30+”, Mobi 40, “Gap Yo'q Mini”, “Gap Yo'q”, “Jozibali 35” and preferential tariffs. The transition is not available from other tariffs.
    • The cost of switching to the "Xotirjam 40" tariff plan from tariff plans wh ere the subscription fee is lower - 0 UZS;
    • Cost of switching from/to the "Xotirjam 40" tariff plan to / from the "Xotirjam 40" tariff plan: Veteran, Together with Mobiuz - 0.
    • The "Gap Ko'p" service is not available on the "Xotirjam 40" tariff plan.
    • During the period of validity of the "Annual Subscription Fee" option, the subscriber switches to the annual write off status.
    • The "Annual subscription fee" option can be activated when connecting a subscriber number, at the time of registration to the network, or when an existing subscriber contacts the Mobiuz office or contact center.
    • When this option is activated, the annual billing period for debiting the subscription fee is set. The cost of activating the option is 400,000 UZS with a validity period of 350 days from the moment of activation.
    • Counters according to the tariff plan are issued monthly in full, regardless of the state of the subscriber.
    • The option is not activated for a current subscriber if the funds in the subscriber's balance are insufficient at the time of debiting.
    • The option can be reactivated after the previous activated option expires.
    • If you change the tariff plan or terminate the subscription agreement before the expiration of 350 days from the date of activation, the cost of activating the option is not refundable or recalculated.
    • The tariff plan "Xotirjam 40" is available for connecting to foreign citizens without PINI. SIM card of a foreign citizen without PINI, is active for 90 days from the moment of activation.
    • To extend the validity of the SIM card, the subscriber must provide a PINI (personal identification number of an individual) before the expiration of 90 days.
    • After the subscriber provides the PINI, the employee, based on the application, identity card, enters the PINI data into the subscriber's card.
    • If the subscriber expresses a desire to use the number, after the termination of the contract, the number is restored in accordance with the terms of the "Restore Number"service.
    • In this case, the subscriber must present a PINI.
    • Roaming services are not available for foreign citizens who do not have PINI during the period of providing services.
