“Prohibition of switching to daily subscription fee”

• From 06/07/2023 connection and transitions to the Mobi 50 annual tariff are not available
• Prices include all taxes;
• Billing is per minute. All outgoing calls are charged at 1 second and rounded up to the nearest minute.
• The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes
  
• Data traffic rounding quantum is 1KB.
• On the “Mobi 50 annual” tariff , the “Gap ko'p” service is available. Connection cost is 10,000 UZS.
• When making a new connection or switching to the “Mobi 50 annual” tariff , the included packs of minutes, megabytes and SMS are charged in proportion to the number of remaining days in the current calendar month; then - in full every first day over the following months.
• This Mobi 50 annual tariff can be activated at your own MOBIUZ offices or via USSD command or SMS code.
  
• You can switch to the “Mobi 50 annual” tariff only if you have a balance of 504,210.35 UZS or more (except for the Internet assistant);
  
• The subscription fee for this tariff is charged once a year in full;
• Packs of 5000 minutes, 10000 MB and 3500 SMS are provided for a period of 1 calendar month every month on the first day for 12 months;
• When switching from this tariff to any other tariff or terminating the subscription agreement before the expiration of 12 months, the charged subscription fee is not adjusted or refunded;
• When you change your tariff , unused minutes, megabytes and SMS messages  are transferred and totaled .
  
• Mobile communication services are available in full only with a positive balance.
  
• When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and Internet are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service.
  
• The “Gap ko'p” service is not available on the “Mobi 50 Annual” tariff ;
• The Conference Call service is available on the Mobi 50 Annual tariff .
• The cost of switching from/to the “Mobi 50 annual” tariff from/to tariffs : Veteran, Together with MOBIUZ – 0.
• The cost of switching to the "Mobi 50 annual" tariff from tariff wh ere the subscription fee is higher (including from other annual tariffs , except for the Terminal Yillik tariff ) is 10,000 UZS
• The cost of switching to the "Mobi 50 annual" tariff from tariffs wh ere the subscription fee is lower (including from other annual tariffs , except for the Terminal Yillik tariff ) - 4210.35 UZS
• The cost of switching to the Chilla Lite+, Mobi 20, Mobi 16, GAP yo'q Mini tariffs is 20,000 UZS .
• Transitions to tariffs “Omad Plus”, “Yengil”, “Terminal Yillik” are not available.

• If at the time the subscription fee is charged, the subscriber’s balance is less than the amount of the full subscription fee according to the tariff, then the number is subject to partial blocking, in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “In touch” service.
• In this case, upon replenishment of the balance by the subscriber to an amount greater than the subscription fee according to the tariff - within 24 hours after replenishing the balance, the subscription fee is debited in full.
• If the subscriber paid the subscription fee according to the tariff for the second year, not on the day the subscription fee was written off, but after a certain period, for example, after a month, then:
• The subscription fee for the tariff is paid in full according to the terms of the tariff;
• The period for charging the subscription fee remains unchanged;
• For example: a subscriber connected to the “Mobi 50 annual” tariff on February 20, and paid the full subscription fee. The write-off for the second year will be made one year later at 00:00 on March 1. If the account was topped up on April 1, the subscriber must pay the full subscription fee. The next withdrawal of the AP for the third year will remain unchanged at 00:00 on March 1. 
• Tariff "Mobi 50 Annual" is available for connection to foreign citizens, if they have a PINFL. 
• The Central Asia zone includes calls to the following directions: Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan
• The CIS zone includes calls to the following directions: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.
