  • Conditions:
    • From October 20, 2023 connection and transitions to the Gap Yo'q Mini tariff are not available.
    • Calls are charged per minute.
    • The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes
    • All outgoing calls are charged from 1 sec. And they are rounded up to the nearest minute.
    • Data traffic rounding quantum 1KB
    • On the "Gap Yo'q Mini" tariff, the "Gap ko'p" service is unavailable.
    • From the moment the “Gap Yo'q Mini” tariff applies unlimited outgoing minutes in Uzbekistan, connecting and using previously activated packs of minutes (including a 100% discount as part of the “MOBImania” promotion) is not available.
    • Cost for tariffs: Veteran, Together with Mobiuz – 0 UZS.
    • Transitions from the “Gap Yo'q Mini” tariff to the “Terminal Yillik” tariff are not available.
    • When you change your tariff, unused minutes, megabytes and SMS messages are transferred and totaled.
    • When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and the Data are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service.
    • There is no subscription fee when blocked;
    • The subscription fee is charged monthly on the day of first activation, provided that the subscriber's balance is sufficient to charge  the full amount of the subscription fee (25,000 UZS per month).
    • In the monthly subscription fee charging mode, meters are issued in full  for 1 calendar month (Unlim minutes in Uzbekistan, 7500 MB, 1000 SMS).
    • If, by the time the subscription fee is charged, there are not enough funds to withdraw the full subscription fee for the month, the  daily subscription fee withdrawal mode is activated in the amount of 1,250 UZS per day from the existing funds in the subscriber’s account.  The subscription fee write-off date is moved forward by 1 day .
    • In the daily subscription fee charging mode, meters are issued  in the amount set for 1 day (Unlim minutes in Uzbekistan, 250 MB, 34 SMS) .
    • Switching to the monthly subscription fee debiting mode occurs if there is an amount in the subscriber’s account sufficient to write off the full amount of the subscription fee. The write-off date is moved forward by 1 calendar month.
    • In case of insufficient funds for debiting in 1 day, the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds and remains in it until the account is replenished in the amount of subscription fee for the month or day. After replenishing the account in the amount of subscription fee for a month or day, the blocking due to insufficient funds is removed. The subscription fee is charged immediately after the account is topped up.

      If at the time of replenishing the balance the subscriber is on  a daily debit , then the following rules for charging the subscription fee apply:

      a) The subscriber  is blocked  and replenishes the balance to an amount greater than 0 UZS and less than 25,000 UZS ( less than the full monthly subscription fee ):
    • Example 1:  The subscriber is blocked (blocked due to insufficient funds, or partial blocked) on January 15. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 5000 UZS . The number is activated, the balance is 4,800 UZS (-200 UZS to pay off the debt). Immediately after replenishment, the daily subscription fee for the “Gap Yo'q Mini” tariff for the current day is charged. Daily packs of minutes, MB, SMS are available until the end of the current day. Switching to monthly debiting does NOT occur, because... the amount on the balance is less than 25,000 UZS .

      b) The subscriber  is blocked  and replenishes the balance to 25,000 UZS or more ( equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):
    • Example 2:  A subscriber was blocked on January 10 with a balance of -200 UZS . The subscription fee for the tariff is set to be written off on January 15. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 30,000 UZS . The number is activated, the balance is 29,800 UZS (-200 UZS to pay off the debt). After replenishing the balance, the full subscription fee for the tariff is charged. After debiting, the subscriber’s balance is 4800 UZS . When written off, tariff meters are issued in full for a period of 1 calendar month. The next write-off deadline is set for February 15. 

      c) The subscriber  is active, is on daily debit  and replenishes the balance up to 25,000 UZS or more ( equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):

      Example 3:  On January 15th, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5,000 UZS . The daily subscription fee for the tariff has already been charged after 0:00. On January 15 at 17:00 the subscriber tops up the balance in the amount of 25,000 UZS . The total balance is 30,000 UZS . After replenishing the balance, the subscriber switches to monthly debiting and the subscription fee is immediately debited. After debiting, the subscriber’s balance is 5000 UZS . The balances of the counters for January 15 are summed up with the monthly packs of Unlim minutes, 7500 MB, 1000 SMS. The next subscription fee is charged on February 15th.

      If at the time of replenishing the balance the subscriber is on  a monthly debit , then the following rules for charging the subscription fee apply:
      a) The subscriber  is active, is on a monthly debit  and replenishes the balance to 25,000 UZS or more ( equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):
    • Example 4:  On January 15th, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5,000 UZS . The next subscription fee charge is set for January 16. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 25,000 UZS . The total balance is 30,000 UZS . The write-off remains monthly. After 00:00 on the 16th, 1 subscription fee will be charged - for a full month. Monthly packs of Unlim minutes, 7500 MB, 1000 SMS are available. The next subscription fee will be charged on February 16th.
    • The Gap Yo'q Mini tariff is available for connection to foreign citizens without PINFL. A SIM card of a foreign citizen without PINFL is active for 90 days from the date of activation.
    • To extend the validity of a SIM card, the subscriber must provide a PINFL (personal identification number of an individual) before the expiration of 90 days.  
    • After the subscriber provides the PINFL, the employee, based on the application and identification card, enters the PINFL data into the subscriber’s card. 
    • In cases wh ere the subscriber expresses a desire to use the number after termination of the contract, the number is restored in accordance with the terms of the “Number Restoration” service.
    • In this case, the subscriber must present his PINFL.           
    • During the period of provision of services to foreign citizens who do not have a PINFL, roaming services are not available.
