This Convenient Annual+ tariff can be activated in your own MOBIUZ offices or via USSD command or SMS code.

When making a new connection or switching to the “Convenient Annual” tariff , the included packs of minutes, megabytes and SMS are charged in proportion to the number of remaining days in the current calendar month; then - in full every first day over the following months.

You can switch to the “Convenient Annual+” tariff only if you have a balance of 420,000 or more;

The subscription fee for this tariff is charged once a year in full;

When switching from this tariff to any other tariff or terminating the subscription agreement before the expiration of 12 months, the charged subscription fee is not adjusted and is not returned, megabytes and SMS issued under the terms of this tariff are canceled;

Packs of 5000 minutes, 8000 MB and 5000 SMS are provided for a period of 1 calendar month every month on the first day for 12 months;

The pack of minutes, Data pack and SMS pack included in the tariff are not transferred to the next month;

Mobile communication services are available in full only with a positive balance.

When a zero or negative balance is reached, the “On Touch” service is activated , thanks to which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS;

International SMS messages are guaranteed to be delivered to subscribers of foreign telecom operators listed on this page ;

5000 minutes according to the tariff are provided for making calls within the Republic of Uzbekistan (to subscribers of all mobile operators in Uzbekistan and to landline numbers);

If, at the time the subscription fee is charged, the subscriber’s balance is less than the amount of the full subscription fee for the tariff (420,000 UZS), then the number falls into partial blocking, in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “In touch” service.
In this case, upon replenishment of the balance by the subscriber to an amount greater than the subscription fee according to the tariff - within 24 hours after replenishing the balance, the subscription fee is debited in full (420,000 UZS).

If a number is subject to forced blocking, the subscriber must top up the balance to an amount greater than the full subscription fee. In this case, within 24 hours after replenishing the balance, the subscription fee is debited in full (420,000 UZS).

If the subscriber paid the subscription fee according to the tariff for the second year, not on the day the subscription fee was written off, but after a certain period, for example, after a month, then:

the subscription fee for the tariff is paid in full according to the terms of the tariff (420,000 UZS);

The period for charging the subscription fee remains unchanged, i.e. the month in which the write-off for the second or subsequent year should have occurred;
For example: a subscriber connected to the “Convenient Annual+” tariff on February 20, and paid the full subscription fee (420,000 UZS). The write-off for the second year will be made one year later at 00:00 on March 1. If the account was replenished on April 1, the subscriber must pay the full subscription fee (420,000 UZS). The next withdrawal of the subscription fee for the third year will remain unchanged at 00:00 on March 1.
