“Prohibition of switching to daily subscription fee”<br>

Conditions:
- From 06/07/2023 connection and transitions to the Mobi 60 tariff are not available.
- Calls are charged per minute.
- The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes
- All outgoing calls are charged from 1 sec. And rounded up to the nearest minute.
- Data traffic rounding quantum 1KB
- When making a new connection or switching to a tariff, the subscription fee is written off in full immediately after the account is topped up;
- Subscription fee is debited monthly on the day of first activation, provided that the subscriber's balance is sufficient to write off the full amount of subscription fee.
- If at the time the subscription fee is written off, there are not enough funds to withdraw the full subscription fee, the daily subscription fee withdrawal mode is activated from the existing funds in the subscriber’s account. The subscription fee write-off date is moved forward by 1 day.
- Switching to the monthly subscription fee debiting mode occurs if there is an amount in the subscriber’s account sufficient to write off the full amount of the subscription fee. The write-off date is moved forward by 1 calendar month.
- In case of insufficient funds for debiting in 1 day, the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds and remains in it until the account is replenished in the amount of subscription fee for the month or day. After replenishing the account in the amount of subscription fee for a month or day, the blocking due to insufficient funds is removed. The subscription fee is charged immediately after the account is topped up.
- When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and the Internet are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service.
- Subscription feeis not charged in a blocked state;
- In the monthly write-off mode, subscription fee meters are issued in full for 1 calendar month.
- In the daily subscription fee debiting mode, counters are issued in the amount set for 1 day of minutes, MB, and SMS.
- When you make a new connection or switch to this tariff, the subscription fee is charged immediately, the accrual of packs of minutes, MB and SMS included in the subscription fee are issued in full.
- To switch to this tariff, the subscriber’s balance must be at least 64,210.35 UZS (taking into account the cost of changing the tariff in the amount of 4,210.35 UZS). Switching to tariff with a balance less than 64,210.35 is not available.
- The cost of switching from/to the “Mobi 60” tariff from/to tariffs: Veteran, Together with MOBIUZ – 0.
- The cost of switching to the "Mobi 60" tariff from tariffs wh ere the subscription fee is lower is 4210.35 UZS
- The cost of switching to the "Mobi 60" tariff from tariffs wh ere the subscription fee is higher - 10,000 UZS
- The cost of switching to the "Mobi 60" tariff from the "Yengil" tariff is 0 UZS
- The cost of switching to the Chilla Lite+, Mobi 20, Mobi 16, GAP yo'q Mini tariffs is 20,000 UZS.
- The "Gap Co'p" service is not available on the "Mobi 60" tariff.
- Tariff "Mobi 60" is available for connection to foreign citizens without PINFL. A SIM card of a foreign citizen without PINFL is active for 90 days from the date of activation.
- To extend the validity of a SIM card, the subscriber must provide a PINFL (personal identification number of an individual) before the expiration of 90 days.
- After the subscriber provides the PINFL, the employee, based on the application and identification card, enters the PINFL data into the subscriber’s card.
- In cases wh ere the subscriber expresses a desire to use the number after termination of the contract, the number is restored in accordance with the terms of the “Number Restoration” service.
- In this case, the subscriber must present his PINFL.
- During the period of provision of services to foreign citizens who do not have a PINFL, roaming services are not available.
