    “Prohibition of switching to daily subscription fee”

  • Conditions:
    • This tariff allows one connection per individual.
    • Connection and transitions to the “Fidokor” tariff plan are made only in the Mobiuz CO.
    • To connect or switch to a tariff, an employee of a medical institution must provide an identification document and a document confirming that the subscriber is an employee of public and private medical institutions (certificate of employment (with a period of issue of no more than 1 (one) month); a copy of the work record book , certified by the employer).
    • To connect or switch to a tariff, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan must provide - an identification document, and a document confirming that the subscriber is an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan (certificate (original); certificate from the place of work (with period of issue no more than 1 (one) month); a copy of the work book certified by the employer).
    • Calls are charged per minute.
    • The maximum duration of a one-time voice call is 60 minutes
    • All outgoing calls are charged from 1 sec. And they are rounded up to the nearest minute.
    • Internet traffic rounding quantum 1KB
    • When making a new connection or switching to a teriff, the subscription fee is written off in full immediately after the account is topped up;
    • The subscription fee is charged monthly on the day of first activation, provided that the subscriber's balance is sufficient to charge the full amount of the subscription fee ( 15,000  UZSper month).
    • In the monthly subscription fee charging mode, meters are issued in full for 1 calendar month ( 2000 minutes in Uzbekistan , 4000 MB 2000 SMS .
    • If, by the time the subscription fee is charged, there are not enough funds to withdraw the full subscription fee for the month, the daily subscription fee withdrawal mode is activated in the amount of 750 soums per day from the existing funds in the subscriber’s account. The subscription fee write-off date is moved forward by 1 day.
    • In the daily subscription fee charging mode, meters are issued in the amount established for 1 day ( 67 minutes in Uzbekistan , 1 34 MB, 67 SMS ).
    • Switching to the monthly subscription fee debiting mode occurs if there is an amount in the subscriber’s account sufficient to write off the full amount of the subscription fee. The write-off date is moved forward by 1 calendar month.
    • In case of insufficient funds for debiting in 1 day, the subscriber is blocked due to insufficient funds and remains in it until the account is replenished in the amount of subscription fee for the month or day. After replenishing the account in the amount of subscription fee for a month or day, the blocking due to insufficient funds is removed. The subscription fee is charged immediately after the account is topped up.  
    • When a zero or negative balance is reached, the number falls into partial blocking (in partial blocking, outgoing minutes, SMS and Internet are blocked), in which the subscriber can receive incoming calls and SMS in accordance with the terms of the “On Touch” service.
    • Subscription fee is not charged in a blocked state;
    • When you make a new connection or switch to this tariff plan, the subscription fee is charged immediately, the accrual of packs of minutes, MB and SMS included in the subscription fee are issued in full.
    • The cost of switching to the “Fidokor” tariff plan from tariff plans with a higher subscription fee is 15,000 UZS.
    • The cost of switching to the “Fidokor” tariff plan from tariff plans with a lower or equal subscription fee is 0 UZS
    • The cost of switching from/to the “Fidokor” tariff plan from/to tariff plans: Veteran, Together with MOBIUZ – 0.
    • When switching to another tariff plan from the “Fidokor” tariff plan, the unused minutes, MB, SMS included in the tariff plan are added to the minutes, MB and SMS issued according to the terms of the new tariff plan.
    • The “Gap ko'p” service is not available on the “Fidokor” tariff plan.
      If at the time of replenishing the balance the subscriber is on  a daily debit , then the following rules for charging the subscription fee apply:

      a) The subscriber is  blocked  and replenishes the balance to an amount greater than 0 UZS and less than 15,000 UZS( less than the full monthly subscription fee ):
      Example 1:  Subscriber is blocked (blocked due to insufficient funds, or partial blocked) as of January 15. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 5000 UZS. The number is activated, the balance is 4,800 UZS(-200 UZS to pay off the debt). Immediately after replenishment, the daily subscription fee for the “Fidokor” tariff plan for the current day is charged. Daily packs of minutes, MB, SMS are available until the end of the current day. Switching to monthly debiting does NOT occur, because... the amount on the balance is less than 15,000 UZS.

        b) The subscriber is  blocked  and replenishes the balance to 15,000 UZSor more ( equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):
      Example 2:  The subscriber was blocked on January 10 with a balance of -200 UZS. The subscription fee for the tariff is set to be written off on January 15. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 35,000 soums. The number is activated, the balance is 34,800 soums (-200 soums to pay off the debt). After replenishing the balance, the full subscription fee for the tariff is charged. After debiting, the subscriber’s balance is 19,800 soums. When written off, tariff meters are issued in full for a period of 1 calendar month. The next write-off deadline is set for February 15.  

       c) The subscriber  is active, is on daily debit  and replenishes the balance up to 15,000 UZS or more ( equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):

      Example 3:  On January 15th, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5,000 UZS. The daily subscription fee for the tariff has already been charged after 0:00. On January 15 at 17:00 the subscriber tops up the balance in the amount of 20,000 soums. The total balance is 25,000 UZS. After replenishing the balance, the subscriber switches to monthly debiting and the subscription fee is immediately debited. After debiting, the subscriber’s balance is 10,000 UZS. Meter balances for January 15 are added to monthly packs of 2000 minutes, 4000 MB, 2000 SMS. The next subscription fee is charged on February 15th.
      If at the time of replenishing the balance the subscriber  is on a monthly debit , then the following rules for charging the subscription fee apply:

       a) The subscriber is active,  is on a monthly debit  and replenishes the balance to 15,000 UZS or more (equal to or more than the full monthly subscription fee ):
      Example 4:  On January 15th, the subscriber is active with a balance of 5,000 UZS. The next subscription fee charge is set for January 16. On January 15 at 12:00 replenish the balance in the amount of 15,000 soums. The total balance is 20,000 UZS. The write-off remains monthly. After 00:00 on the 16th, 1 subscription fee will be charged - for the full month, 5,000 soums will remain on the balance. Monthly packs of 2000 minutes, 4000 MB, 2000 SMS are available. The next subscription fee will be charged on February 16th.
    • The Central Asia zone includes calls to the following directions: Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan
    • The CIS zone includes calls to the following directions: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.
