Terms of use for Mobicoins
  • Mobicoins cannot be transferred to another user/subscriber

  • Mobicoins are awarded to the subscriber whose subscriber number is registered in the application and from whose number actions are performed in the application

  • Mobicoins are not issued to the subscriber in cash equivalent

  • Mobicoins can be exchanged for connecting bonus services

  • Mobicoins can only be accumulated during the validity period of the loyalty program

  • Mobicoins accumulated during the validity period of the loyalty program can be exchanged for services within 2 months after its end.

  • The number of accumulated Mobicoins and the history of their exchange will be available to the user in the mobile application

  • If, after a completed payment, the subscriber is credited with Mobicoins for this payment, the subscriber demands a refund, then the accrual of Mobicoins for this payment is cancelled.

  • If, after a completed payment, the subscriber is credited with Mobicoins and he exchanges them for connecting bonus services, then when requesting a refund, the funds are not returned.

  • If a subscriber deletes his profile in the mobile application (the “delete” function account"), then all Mobicoin shares accumulated during the period are cancelled.

  • In case of re-issuance or restoration of the number after termination, the Mobicoins previously accumulated on the subscriber number are cancelled.

  • If the subscriber changes the tariff to a tariff that does not participate in the loyalty program, the previously accumulated Mobicoins are canceled.  

  • The Mobiuz company reserves the right to cancel the accrual of Mobicoins, cancel Mobicoins from the subscriber, if a discrepancy is detected with the requirements and conditions of the loyalty program, in case of technical inconsistencies and detection of fraud on the part of the subscriber.



Exchange Mobicoins for bonus services

Users can exchange their accumulated Mobicoins to connect to bonus services at a discount.

  • Availability of connecting to the service depends on the subscriber's tariff.

  • Once Mobicoins have been debited for connecting to a particular service, it is not possible to return the spent Mobicoins.

  • All services available for connection in exchange for Mobicoins will be displayed on a separate tab (list) in the mobile application.

  • For connecting services, a certain number of Mobicoins are debited from the user, according to table No. 2.

Technical features and terms of use of services

Terms of use of Data packs

  • Packs are provided with a 100% discount.

  • Packs are available for connection on all tariffs for individuals, except for “My Mobiuz” and “Mobiuz 8 yil”.

  • In order to find out about the remaining traffic volume, you need to send the USSD command *102#, or send an SMS message with the number 3 to 616019.

  • To use Data pack, you must activate the “Mobile Data ” service if it was previously disabled.

  • The corresponding volume of included traffic for a monthly and nightly Data pack is provided for a period of 30 days for monthly and nightly pack, and 1 day for daily pack.

  • The volume of purchased Data pack is summed up. The period of use is extended until the expiration date of the last purchased pack and is 30 days from the date of purchase for monthly and overnight pack, and 1 day for daily pack.

  • Spending priority from 8:00 to 00:00:

Daily Data pack (pack for Mobicoin) -> Traffic within the Tariff -> traffic within the OnNet service -> monthly Data pack (pack for Mobicoin) -> other pack.

  • Priority of use from 00:00 to 8:00:

Night Data pack (pack for Mobicoin) -> Daily Data pack (pack for Mobicoin) -> Traffic within the tariff -> OnNet Traffic -> Monthly Data pack (pack for Mobicoin) -> other pack.

  • At the end of the included traffic, the traffic is charged according to the established tariffs.

  • The conditions for providing pack do not change when changing the service plan.

  • Packs are valid only when the subscriber is in the UMS LLC network in Uzbekistan.

Terms of use of voice packs (pack of minutes):

  • Packs are provided with a 100% discount

  •  Individuals can subscribe to a pack of minutes on all tariff, except for “My Mobiuz” and tariffs with unlimited coverage in Uzbekistan or unavailability of voice (Tariff Line Xotirjam, Mobi 110/150 (Yillik), Tariff Line Mobi Special, VIP Yillik, Terminal Yillik).

  • The volume of minutes included in the pack must be used within 30 calendar days from the date of activation of the pack, regardless of the length of time the subscriber was temporarily blocked during this period.

  • If the pack is successfully activated, you will receive an SMS notification.

  • The volume of all purchased one-time pack is summed up, and the period of use is extended until the expiration date of the last purchased pack and is 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Upon expiration of the number of minutes accrued within the tariff plan, or the expiration of the pack of minutes, outgoing calls are charged according to the established tariffs.

  • The terms of use of purchased pack do not change when changing the tariff.

  • Pack of minutes are provided for making outgoing calls within the Republic of Uzbekistan

  • Minute pack are valid only when the subscriber is in the UMS LLC network in Uzbekistan.

  • International outgoing calls and calls to the services of content providers are charged at the rates established for them.

  • Spending priority: “Gap ko'p” service -> Minutes within the tariff -> Minutes from the purchased pack of minutes (pack for Mobicoin) -> other bonus pack of minutes.

Terms of use of SMS pack:

  • SMS pack is provided with a 100% discount

  • Available for all tariff for individuals, except “My Mobiuz”

  • International outgoing SMS messages and SMS requests for the services of content providers are charged at the rates established for them.

  • The corresponding volume of SMS messages can be used within 30 calendar days from the date of activation of the pack, regardless of the length of time the subscriber was temporarily blocked during this period.

  • The time interval between pack purchases must be at least 10 minutes.

  • The volume of all purchased packs is summed up, and the period of use is extended until the expiration date of the last purchased pack and is 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Packs are valid only when the subscriber is in the UMS LLC network in Uzbekistan and for sending only to subscribers of cellular operators in Uzbekistan.

  • In order to find out about the remaining number of messages in the activated “SMS pack” you need to send the USSD command: 104 or send an SMS message with the number 3 to number 616018.

  • Spending priority: SMS within the tariff plan -> SMS within the SMS – OnNet service -> SMS from the purchased pack (pack for Mobicoin) -> other bonus SMS packs.

  • Terms of use of the “Night Drive” service

  • Any of the Night Drive options is provided with a 100% discount.

  • The service is available to subscribers of all tariff plans for individuals, except My Mobiuz, Mobiuz 8 yil.

  • The validity period of the service is 1, 7 and 30 days, respectively.

  • Only one option out of three can be activated at a time; the options are mutually exclusive with each other and with the paid Night Drive options.

  • When using the “Night DRIVE 1”, “Night DRIVE 7” and “Night DRIVE 30” services (from 0:00 to 8:00), MB is not debited from purchased Internet packs and packs within tariff.

  • To activate the Night DRIVE service, the subscriber's balance must be positive.

  • Operation of the “Night DRIVE” service is possible only in an unblocked state.

  • When changing the tariff, the “Night DRIVE” service is retained.

  • The service is valid only in Uzbekistan.

  • For the Night DRIVE service to work correctly, you must interrupt the current session and initiate a new one after 00:00. Otherwise, the correct operation of the Night DRIVE service is not guaranteed.

  • For correct billing in case of disabling the “Night DRIVE” service, you must first end all active Internet sessions.

  • If the “Night DRIVE” service is disabled from 0:00 to 8:00, Data traffic will begin to be charged according to the tariff or consume the Data pack (if available).

Terms of use of the Daily Unlim service

  • The “Daily Unlim” service is provided with a 100% discount.

  • The “Daily Unlim” service at a discount is mutually exclusive with the paid service “Daily Unlim” for individuals. If one of these services is active, the other cannot be connected.

  • With an active service, the subscriber is provided with unlimited access to the Data for 1 day.

  • During the service period, access speed is limited to 1 Mbit/s

  • When using mobile TV services, Mobicinema, Mobi music and other resources with zero tariffs, Internet speed is not limited to 1 Mbit/s.

  • The validity period of the service is one day from the moment of connection. After the expiration date, Data consumption is charged according to the established tariffs or connected packs.

  • The priority for spending traffic with the connected service is first.

  • Data in roaming is charged according to established tariffs

  • The terms of service do not change when changing the service plan. (exception: when changing to the Mobiuz 8 yil tariff, the service is deleted)

  • The subscriber's active Data sessions will be interrupted at the time the service is connected/disconnected.

  • If a subscriber is blocked, Data access is not provided within this service.

Terms of use of the “Unlim” service

  • Options for the “Unlim” service are provided with a 100% discount.

  • The service option is valid for 1 month from the moment of connection.

  • Service options connected at a discount as part of the promotion are mutually exclusive with similar paid options of the Unlim service. If there is a service connected at a discount as part of the promotion, a similar paid service will not be connected.

  • Service options are available for subscribers of all tariff plans for individuals, except My Mobiuz, Mobiuz 8 yil. Also:

  • Option Unlim "Messenger" is available with discount on Tariff Xotirjam 25, Xotirjam 40, Xotirjam 60, Xotirjam 80, Xotirjam 100.

  • Option Unlim "Social Network" is available on Tariff Xotirjam 40, Xotirjam 60, Xotirjam 80, Xotirjam 100.

  • Option Unlim "Youtube" is available on Tariff Xotirjam 80, Xotirjam 100.

  • Option Unlim with "Business" discount is available on Tariff Xotirjam 60, Xotirjam 80, Xotirjam 100.

  • The Unlim "Premium" discount option is not available on Xotirjam 80, Xotirjam 100 Tariffs.

  • The priority of using the Unlim service among other Internet services and options is first

  • Upon expiration of the Unlim service option, connected with a discount as part of the promotion, the service is deleted and is not automatically renewed.

  • A subscriber can have several service options connected at the same time.

  • The service is provided for use of the Internet only in official mobile applications of resources or the official mobile version in the browser.

  • When using this service, the data transfer speed is not limited.

  • Data in roaming is charged according to established tariffs.

  • If a subscriber is blocked, Internet access is not provided within this service.

  • When using unlimited resources within the option through proxy servers, VPNs, intermediary sites, traffic is charged according to the terms of the tariff.

  • This service is available in GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G/5G networks.

  • If you have the “Daily Unlim” service connected and any of the “Unlim” service options, the speed within the “Daily Unlim” service is limited only for those resources that are not included in the connected option.

  • By default, smartphones consume mobile traffic in the background: for system updates, application updates, for synchronizing data from widgets (weather, calendar, etc.) and social networks, as well as for analytics counters. Internet traffic to these destinations is charged according to the terms of the tariff, or the traffic is debited from the balance of the existing Data pack provided to all destinations.

Terms of use for Mobi Cinema + TV services

  • Services are provided with a partial discount, according to Table No. 2.

  • Services are available to subscribers of all tariffs for individuals, except My Mobiuz.

  • When activating a subscription (service), the subscriber receives unlimited access to content within the “mobi cinema” application.

  • The subscription is valid from the moment of activation until the end of its term and does not depend on the subscriber’s status.

  • At the time of active subscription, Data traffic of the “mobi cinema” application and  the web version of the mobicinema.uz portal is not charged on any 3 devices on which an active subscription is used.

  • If you have an active subscription (Mobi cinema-Premium , Mobi cinema-Milliy , Mobi TV) after connecting a similar service with a discount as part of the promotion, the subscription period is summed up and is valid until the end of the last connected service.

  • Upon expiration of any of the subscriptions connected at a discount as part of the promotion (Mobi cinema-Premium , Mobi cinema-Milliy , Mobi TV), the service is deleted and is not automatically renewed.




MECHANICS OF THE MOBIMANIA PROMOTION

1. If an individual is not a subscriber of UMS LLC, then in order to

To become a participant in the promotion, during the promotion period, he must connect to the tariff for individuals, register in the mobile application, become a member of the loyalty program and receive a Mobiticket to participate in the cash prize draw.

 2. If an individual is already a subscriber of UMS LLC, then in order to become a participant in the promotion, he must register in the mobile application during the promotion period, become a participant in the loyalty program and receive a Mobiticket to participate in the cash prize draw.

3. To participate in the cash prize draw, the subscriber must receive a Mobiticket, which is equal to one chance to participate in the draw.

Mobiticket is credited to the subscriber automatically if he exchanges the full 50 Mobicoins accumulated in the loyalty program one-time for connecting bonus services (available under the terms of the loyalty program).

1 Mobiticket = 50 Mobicoins spent (exchanged for bonus services).

1 Mobiticket = 1 unique chance to participate in a cash prize draw with a unique ID.

Terms of use for Mobiticket

  • one Mobiticket equals one unique chance to win cash prizes

  • Mobiticket is only available for a full one-time spend of 50 Mobicoins. (If a subscriber activated a bonus service for 100 Mobicoins, then he is credited with two Mobitickets. If he activated a service for 175 Mobicoins, then he is credited with 3 Mobitickets).

  • spent Mobicons, for which the subscriber was credited with Mobiticket, are not returned or restored

  • Mobitickets accumulated during one promotional month are included in the drawing of cash prizes only for that month

  • After the prize draw, Mobitickets of one month do not participate in the cash prize draw of the next month

  • Each Mobiticket has its own unique ID code

  • The drawing of cash prizes for each period is carried out using a randomizer among all ID numbers of the current promotion period

  • Those who collected 24 or more Mobitickets during the entire promotion period participate in the main prize drawing. The ID code of each Mobiticket accumulated over the entire period of the promotion will participate in the drawing of the main prize, wh ere one ticket = one unique chance (for example, during the entire period of the promotion, a subscriber has accumulated 30 Mobitickets, respectively, he has 30 unique chances in the drawing of the main prize) .

  • If, after a completed payment, the subscriber is credited with Mobicoins and he exchanges them for connecting bonus services and receives Mobiticket for this, then when requesting a refund, the funds are not returned.

  • If a subscriber deletes his profile in the mobile application (the “delete account” function), then all Mobiticket promotions accumulated during the period are canceled.

  • In case of re-issuance or restoration of the number after termination, the Mobitickets previously accumulated on the subscriber number are canceled and are not restored.

  • If a subscriber changes the tariff to a tariff that does not participate in the promotion, the previously accumulated Mobitickets are canceled.  

  • The Mobiuz company reserves the right to cancel the accrual of Mobitickets from the subscriber if violations and non-compliance with the requirements and conditions of the promotion are detected, in case of technical inconsistencies and detection of fraud on the part of the subscriber.




PROMOTION PRIZE POOL

Cash prizes will be drawn monthly (6 times during the entire promotion period) among participating subscribers who received Mobitickets.

The total prize fund of the promotion is 1,000,000,000 UZS.

  • 20 cash prizes totaling 150,000,000 UZS will be drawn monthly.

  • The main prize based on the results of the entire promotion: 100,000,000 UZS.

  • Total number of winners: 121 (20 winners every month for 6 months and 1 main prize).

  • The drawing of cash prizes will be carried out based on the results of each calendar month from the start of the promotion.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS

Subscribers - individuals registered in the mobile application that are participants in the loyalty program and who meet the following requirements can take part in the promotion:

  • The subscriber is a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan or a foreign citizen/stateless person permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (having a residence permit)

  • The subscriber has reached the age of 18

  • Subscriber - user of tariffs for individuals with a prepaid payment system

  • The Subscriber Agreement is valid during the Promotion period and at the time of determining the winners of the Promotion

  • The Subscriber's SIM card is active (not blocked) at the time of determining the winners of the Promotion

  • Only main subscriber numbers registered in the application participate in the promotion

  • The subscriber must be registered and be an active user of the mobile application during the Promotion period and at the time the winners are determined

The following cannot participate in the promotion:

  • Individuals - foreign citizens and stateless persons who do not have a residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan

  • Individuals under 18 years of age

  • Individuals, employees of UMS LLC, who are in an employment relationship for the period of the promotion, as well as their close relatives (parents, blood and half-brothers and sisters, spouses, children, including adopted ones), as well as parents, blood and half-brothers and sisters of spouses)

  • Individuals who have entered into GPC agreements with UMS LLC, as well as their close relatives

  • Authorized dealers of UMS LLC, their employees (dealers, dealer agents, operators)

DETERMINING THE WINNERS OF THE PROMOTION

1. Subscribers who fulfilled the conditions of the promotion during the period of its implementation participate in the drawing of cash prizes.

2. A subscriber who wins one cash prize in one month can also win another cash prize (in the current draw or in the draw of another month), if the randomizer selects his unique ID.

3. Information and notifications about the promotion, the number of chances and unique IDs will be available to subscribers in the profile of the mobile application.

Determining the winners of monthly cash prizes

  • The winners are determined live on the company’s social media pages.

  • The date and time of the live broadcast will be published on the company website.

  • The winners are determined using an online random number generator among the entire range of Mobiticket ID codes of the promotion participants.

  • The winners of each category of cash prizes (2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 50 million) are determined in turn; all ID codes are entered into the online random number generator by pressing the “no repetitions” button. After clicking the “Generate” button, a random number appears. The ID code corresponding to this number is a prize. The subscriber to whom the prize ID code is assigned is the winner of the promotion - the owner of a cash prize. All prize IDs are also shown on the screen one by one.

  • An ID code that is a winner in one cash prize category may also be a winner in another category, no ID codes will be removed for subsequent cash prize categories within the same final month.

  • After determining the winners in each category of cash prizes (2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 50 million), the presenter contacts one or more of them by phone.

  • The winners of the final month of the promotion will be determined together with the winner of the main prize of 100,000,000 UZS.

  • The presenter announces the total number of all ID codes that meet the conditions. When determining the winner, all ID codes are entered into the online random number generator. After clicking the “Generate” button, a random number appears. The ID code corresponding to this number is a prize.

  • The subscriber to whom the prize ID code is assigned is the winner of the promotion - the owner of the main prize of 100 million UZS.

Additional conditions for the winner selection process:

  • The entire process of determining the winners of the promotion is broadcast live on the official Mobiuz page on the social network.

  • The process of determining the winners of the promotion is monitored by an Independent Commission.



PROCEDURE, TERMS, PLACE AND CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING CASH PRIZES

1. The Company undertakes to pay the Winners of the Promotion cash in the amount of the winnings within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of documentation of the winnings.

2. The winners of the Promotion are required to provide all the necessary documents (see clause 7) to register the winnings within 30 (thirty) working days from the day the winners are determined.

3. Only individuals can claim to receive winnings. person - the winner of the drawing, to whom the UMS subscriber number is issued, to which the winning ID code is assigned.

4. UMS LLC does not undertake any obligation to pay taxes and fees from its own funds not provided for by the prize fund of the Promotion. Personal income tax is withheld from winnings in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the time of payment.

5. The winner of the promotion can declare his intention to receive a cash prize, having all the necessary documents with him (see clause 7), by contacting the own office of UMS LLC.

6. If the Winner does not contact UMS LLC’s own office within the established time frame with the intention of receiving the winnings, UMS LLC has the right to refuse to issue the prize. The amount of money remains the property of UMS LLC and is not drawn again. The winnings are transferred to the bank account of the Raffle Winners, opened in any bank in the Republic of Uzbekistan, with personal income tax being withheld from the winning amount in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the time of payment.

7. Before receiving the prize, the Winner of the Raffle must contact personally the own office of UMS LLC and provide:

  • original passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan (for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan) or identification ID card.

  • national passport and residence permit (for foreign citizens) or ID card.

  • stateless person's certificate and residence permit (for stateless persons)

  • PINFL

  • subscription agreement between the Subscriber (Promotion Winner) and UMS LLC

  • bank account details

  • consent form for crediting a sum of money to the Winner’s bank account together with an application for withholding personal income tax

  • information about close relatives. The applicant (winner of the cash prize draw) must provide information about his close relatives (parents, blood and half-brothers and sisters, spouses, children, including adopted children, as well as parents, blood and half-brothers and sisters of spouses), by filling out the appropriate form.

Forms for consent to photo/video shooting, information about relatives, bank details and consent to crediting a sum of money to the Winner’s bank account, together with an application for withholding personal income tax, are filled out by the subscriber at the company’s office.                     

If the relationship of the applicant (winner of the cash prize draw) is revealed with persons who have an employment relationship with UMS LLC, as well as if it is revealed that false information has been provided, the Prize will not be issued.

If it is revealed that the applicant has provided false information after awarding the prize as part of the Promotion, the Company reserves the right to recover the value of the prize in court.

8. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Winner’s winnings in the following cases:

  • Identification of the Winner’s non-compliance with the conditions of participation in the Promotion;

  • Refusal/failure to provide the necessary documents listed in clause 7 of these Rules;

  • Identification of information about the provision of false information by the Winner in the documents listed in clause 7 of these Rules.

In case of cancellation of the winning results, the amount of money remains the property of UMS LLC and is not drawn again.

9. When registering/receiving a cash Prize, the Winner undertakes to sign all necessary documents (related to the process of registering/receiving a cash Prize), which will indicate the personal information of the Subscriber and full information about the Prize. The refusal of the Promotion Winner to sign the necessary documents and/or perform other legally significant actions, including providing the required documents, when receiving prizes, is regarded as the Winner’s refusal to receive the prize.

10. When applying for/receiving a cash Prize, the Winner gives his consent to photo and video recording of the process of receiving the prize for use and publication on the official pages of the company.

11. UMS LLC does not undertake any obligation to pay cash or prizes in cash.

12. In case of non-claim, cancellation of winning results or refusal for any reason by the Promotion Winner to receive the winnings, the funds remain the property of UMS LLC. However, unclaimed prizes will not be re-drawn.

13. UMS LLC reserves the right to refuse to provide the Winner with a prize if the Winner fails to comply with all the requirements and conditions provided for in the Procedure for receiving prizes.

14. UMS LLC is not responsible for:

  • the inability of participants to familiarize themselves with the list of winners’ IDs posted on the website mobi.uz ;

  • for being in a blocked state of the subscriber number to which the winning ID code of the winner is assigned, at the time of the call and/or SMS mailing.

  • non-receipt/late receipt of information/documents necessary to receive Prizes, due to the fault of the participants themselves or for other reasons;

  • non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) by participants of the Promotion of the obligations provided for in the Procedure for receiving prizes;

  • non-receipt of Prizes by the Promotion Winners, in case of failure to claim them or refusal of them;

  • inability to fulfill its obligations to award prizes to the Winners due to the fault of third parties and/or force majeure circumstances.



NOTES

1. By taking part in the promotion and providing his personal and contact information, the Participant grants the Company the right and his consent (permission) to send advertising mailings to the Participant’s personal contact addresses (to his subscriber number), including on social sites, in any prohibited form - calls, photos, videos, texts, messages, without obtaining additional consent of the participants and without paying him any remuneration for this.

2. Participants of the Promotion are required to perform all actions related to participation in the Promotion and receipt of prizes within the time limits established by this Document.

3. UMS LLC is obliged to determine the winners of the Promotion - the owners of the Prize Fund of the Promotion and provide them with prizes in accordance with the conditions and terms established by these Rules.

4. UMS LLC does not have the right to provide information to third parties about the participant of the Promotion, except for the cases provided for by these Rules and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. UMS LLC reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with the participants of the Promotion, except for the cases specified in this Document or based on the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. By taking part in the Promotion, the participant confirms that he is fully familiar with and agrees with the Definitions, Terms, Conditions and Notes of the Promotion, as well as the Procedure for receiving prizes.

7. UMS LLC reserves the right to make changes and additions to the rules of the Promotion. In case of changes in the terms of the Promotion, UMS LLC undertakes to post the relevant information on the official website mobi.uz.

8. Upon termination of the Promotion, UMS LLC undertakes to publish a corresponding message on the official website mobi.uz.
