Conference call

Conference mode allows you to organize simultaneous conversation of several interlocutors (up to 6 participants, including the initiator of the conference).

The initiator of the conference call can be a Mobiuz subscriber who has activated the "Conference Call" service. They can create a new conference and change its status (add and exclude participants), put the conference on standby (while the conference participants will continue to communicate with each other), and make outgoing and receive incoming calls.

Participants of the conference can be subscribers of both mobile (Mobiuz subscribers do not need to connect additional services) and fixed networks. During the conference, mobile subscribers can use the "Call Waiting and Hold" modes (if they have the appropriate service). A conference participant can leave the conference on their own after completing a telephone conversation. At the same time, other conference participants continue to communicate with each other.

The "Conference call" service is provided only in conjunction with the "Waiting" service./Call hold". You can order this service at the conclusion of the contract or later.

How to use the Conference Call service

To activate the conference mode, select the appropriate phone menu item (see the instructions provided with the device), or use the commands listed in the table below.

Pricing policy

Conference calls are charged as follows:

• A. The conference initiator pays for the connection with each of its participants in accordance with the direction (outgoing or incoming communication), the type of call (mobile, local, long-distance, international communication) and its tariff plan (i.e., just as if the connection was established with each of the conference participants separately).
• B. Each participant of the conference pays only for the connection with its initiator.

Attention! Each part of the call is paid according to the tariff plan.

Example:

(B - subscriber of the company "Mobiuz – - initiator of the call transfer, A and C can be both subscribers of the company "Mobiuz" and any operators)

Subscriber A calls Subscriber B and talks to him, then Subscriber B puts subscriber A in hold mode (Call Hold – CH) and initiates a second call to subscriber C. After talking to Subscriber C, Subscriber B activates Call Transfer mode (Call Transfer – CT), while subscriber B itself is automatically disconnected. From the moment of CT, subscribers A and C talk to each other, and subscriber B does not participate in their conversation. Payment for connections is made as follows:

1. Subscriber A pays for an outgoing call to Subscriber B from the moment of connection with Subscriber B until the end of its conversation with Subscriber C.
2. Subscriber B pays for 4 calls:
   A. Incoming call from subscriber A duration from the beginning of the call to the moment of transfer of the call
   B. Outgoing call to the subscriber From before the call is transferred
   C. An incoming call from subscriber A lasts from the moment the call is transferred to the end of the conversation between A and C.
   D. Outgoing call to a subscriber With the duration from the moment the call is transferred to the end of the conversation between A and C (however, the last 2 calls have the same duration)
3. Subscriber C pays for an incoming call from Subscriber B from the moment of connection with Subscriber B until the end of its conversation with Subscriber A.
