Conditions:

• The services "Special category number in installments" and "Special category number in installments for 2 years" are available in Mobiuz offices and in the offices of commercial dealers.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT.
• The number is selected based on the approved category and mask, according to the existing table of masks of "Special category Numbers".
• The service is available for connecting individuals and legal entities.
• When changing the tariff plan to any other tariff, the service "Special category number in installments" is saved (with subsequent charges for this service).
• The cost of connecting a number is fixed at the time of connecting the service and does not change during the entire period of validity of the service, regardless of the introduction of discounts or changes in the cost of a special number category.
• A subscriber number with active services "Special category number in installments", "Special category number in installments for 2 years" is not subject to renewal.

A subscriber who has connected a number with the service "Special category number in installments" or "Special category number in installments for 2 years" can reissue it to another subscriber after early repayment of the service price for all unpaid months of the installment plan.

• The price for the first month of connecting a number with the service "Special category number in installments" / "Special category number in installments for 2 years" is paid in full upon activation, regardless of the activation date. Debiting for the first month of the service is made for any positive balance of the subscriber at the time of debiting (if the balance amount is less than the cost of the service, then after debiting, the subscriber's balance will be negative).
• The cost of connecting a number with the "Special category Number in installments" service for the next 9 months is charged every first day of the month (for installments for 10 months); the service is debited for any positive balance.

The cost of connecting a number with the service "Special category number in installments for 2 years" for the next 23 months is charged every first day; the service is charged for any positive balance.

• If the number is not blocked, but the amount on the balance is less than the cost for the service "Special category number in installments" or "Special category Number in installments for 2 years", then the service is debited and the subscriber's balance will be negative.
• A subscriber number that is in any of the blocked states is not charged the connection cost for the service "Special category number in installments" or "Special category number in installments for 2 years".
• If the subscriber has been blocked for more than one calendar month, the period of validity of the service "Special category number in installments" / "Special category Number in installments for 2 years" is extended in proportion to the number of calendar months that were blocked.

Example: a subscriber connected to a special category number with the "Special Category Number in installments" service in July. The term for deleting the "Special category Number in installments" service is 10 months, i.e. the service should be deleted in April next year. The subscriber had a sufficient balance in July, August and September to cover all charges. However, it went into lockdown on September 30 due to insufficient balance and was blocked for the whole of October, replenishing the balance only on November 1. In this case, the term for deleting the "Special category Number in installments" service will be extended in proportion to the number of calendar months that were blocked, and the term for deleting the service in this case is moved to May.

• Upon termination of the contract for the provision of mobile communication services (for individuals - a Public offer), until the subscriber repays the total cost of the number, - the number becomes available to the operator, the amount of money paid for the service "Special category number in installments" / "Special category Number in installments for 2 years" is not returned.

Early Payment by Installments service

• A subscriber who has activated the service "Special category number in installments" / "Special category number in installments for 2 years" can pay off the cost of the service ahead of schedule for all unpaid months.
• To use the service, the subscriber needs to contact Mobiuz's own office, have an identity card with them, write an appropriate application, and pay in full the amount for all unpaid installment months.
• If the subscriber does not pay the amount of the unpaid installment plan, the service is not provided.
• The service is provided after successful debiting for the first month (month of activation) of the service "Special category number in installments" / "Special category number in installments for 2 years". If such debiting does not occur, the "Early payment by installments" service is not provided.
• If the subscriber has activated the service "Special category number in installments" for 10 months, then the service "Early repayment of installments" is provided based on the cost of installments for 10 months;
• If the subscriber has activated the service "Special category number in installments for 2 years", then the service "Early repayment of installments" is provided based on the cost of installments for 2 years;
• As part of the "Early payment by installments" service, repayment is available for the entire remaining period of unpaid installment months. Partial repayment of an unpaid period is not available.

For example, for a subscriber, the entire period of unpaid installments is 8 months. The "Early payment by installments" service is used to pay for this particular period. Partial repayment of an unpaid period (for 7, 6, 5, or other months) is not available.
