*China Telecom China only provides data services on 4G/LTE networks for roamers. Voice roaming and SMS services while roaming are not available to our roamers on their 4G/LTE network. The 4G/LTE roaming service is provided in the FDD Band 3.1 frequency range (1800 and 2100 MHz). To successfully register in the operator’s network, your device must support the above mentioned 4G/LTE network frequencies and you need to connect to the 4G LTE network access service.
General terms
- Tariffs are indicated in UZS including VAT.
- All calls are charged from the first second of the conversation and rounded up to the nearest minute. All calls are charged per minute.
- Calls to paid services (Premium and VAS numbers) available in roaming partner networks are charged at additional rates (not zonal tariffs).
- Depending on the specifics of the switches and billing systems of our roaming partners, conditional call forwarding to international and local numbers in roaming can be charged as the UZS of the cost of an incoming call to a roaming subscriber and the cost of an outgoing call to the number to which the conditional forwarding was made in in accordance with the above tariffs for directions. Unconditional call forwarding to international, long-distance and local numbers is charged as outgoing calls to numbers in the direction in accordance with the tariff plan valid for the subscriber's number within Uzbekistan.
- Activation and deactivation of call forwarding in the operator network is not charged
- Incoming SMS (except for paid content SMS services) are not charged when roaming.
- The volume of a GPRS session is rounded up to 64 kilobytes.
- Roaming services are automatically blocked if the subscriber’s balance decreases to or less than 0 UZS;
